Pros:

The young lady at the desk was very delighful. After a long day of meetings and travel, it was refreshing to speak to her.

Cons:

The location is a bit far from the airport and guest are beholden to use the airport shuttle.

Go for other altenatives around the airport I am sure there are better options for the same money.
Pros:

Close to the airport and convenient for traveling guests. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

When made the booking it was mentioned free breakfast and free shuttle bus. Apparently it wasn’t the case. Staff Ana was slow upon check in and not very polite. Payment with card wasn’t smooth because they had issues with the payment machine connection despite of sufficient fonds however no alternative provided and no apology. It made me feel terrible.

Good location to rest after long flight/ long transit.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable for a one night stay after a long haul flight. Free shuttle from/to the airport ( need to call hotel on arrival to arrange)
