Agréable
Pros:

Sympathie et bienveillance du personnel de manière globale, proximité avec des taxis en cas de besoin, piscine sympathique ainsi que la zone de transat a étages particulièrement tout comme le bar ou les spectacles.
L'accessibilité à l'île aux cerfs depuis l'hôtel et le débarcadère sont vraiment extras également.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et agréable en buffet.
L'hôtel est auto-suffisant sur plusieurs aspects pour un séjour à Trou d'eau douce qui est un coin relativement calme.

Cons:

La qualité des repas pour le rapport qualité prix vis à vis des restaurants du village hors buffet et l'absence de chemin piéton via le front de mer ou la plage pour rejoindre le centre du village avec les activités ou restaurants bien que là ça ne soit pas que du ressort de l'Hôtel car il y a d'autres acteurs en ligne de compte. Privilégiez les déplacements en bus ou autre en cas de besoin car de nuit notamment cela peut être dangereux en bord de route malgré la bienveillance et la vigilance des mauriciens.

Maravilloso enclave. Hotel tranquilo e íntimo.
Pros:

La localización es una maravilla. En cuanto a los servicios que ofrece el hotel, nos encantaron los masajes del spa y las actividades de snorkel y de visitar la isla que ofrecen. El equipo que trabaja es muy amable y servicial. Estay muy bien organizados y son eficientes. Nos gustó la comida, se nota que a diferencia de un hotel muy grande, aquí todos los detalles están cuidados.

Cons:

No encuentro nada que no me gustara. Estuvimos con la opción del todo incluido y sin duda repetiría.

Pros:

La gentillesse et le sourire du personnel , toujours au petit soin. L'emplacement en bord de mer , la navette à l'île au cerf (avec Jean) , les bons petits déjeuners...

Cons:

Nous avions réservé en demi-pension, les boissons sont excessives ( environ 6/7€ pour un tout petit verre de vin et les cocktails sont légers également)

Very nice but could be better
Pros:

Everything is pretty convenient for a chill and relaxing stay.
The sunbeds on the rooftop facing the sea were our favorite part of the property !
The excursion to the ile aux cerfs included in the stay was amazing.

Cons:

We felt that the place looked different from the pictures online. Not necessarily worse, just not what we expected (for example the beach access was not really possible).

The bar was the biggest issue during our stay. Despite the all-inclusive package, the alcohol served seemed very diluted, and many of the drinks listed on the menu were unavailable.
The cocktails were not particularly good, and the same order never tasted the same twice, as the quality varied significantly depending on the bartender.
Overall, for the price, it was quite disappointing.

Pros:

Pleasure to stay here, friendly staff and very good services. Bar open from 10am till the night hours, We also liked the music programme. Unfortunately, all inclusive packet not includes all drinks (some drinks must be paid extra). Breakfast and dinners lovely, plenty of food and good assortment of food. Room was comfortable (incl. a small fridge) and clean. Nice pool, you can find a place anytime. An extra service of a boat trip to the Cerf island is the benefir of the place.

Cons:

Very windy place (We suppose year-round), especially the beach. In the room, there is no place to dry your towels or swimwear. And a doormat could be placed in the room because the sand is everywhere:)

Fabulous, relaxing, full of brilliant experiances and memories
Pros:

Staff are all very welcoming and friendly.
Location is beautiful, set on the shore of the Indian Ocean
The POZ Spa star were excellent offering a wide range of spa services
When we asked the hotel to organise anything, they did and everything happened and worked the way it was intended.
Very accommodating

Access to the sea itself is limited

Un lungo week en riposante senza grosse emozioni.
Pros:

Il quadro molto carino , l'hotel non ha spiaggia ma ce n'è una molto bella a due passi ance se non attrezzata, è situato in un angolo tranquillo e lontano da folla. Hanno una barca che porta i clienti ogni giorno in un'isola gratuitamente
L'hotel ha anche una politica ecologica e ti mette a disposizione delle borracce che puoi tenere durante tutto il soggiorno e riempire con acqua potabile messa a disposizione .

Cons:

I pasti sono serviti a buffet e non c'è possibilità di scegliere da un menu, il cibo non è particolarmente buono e al scelta è limitata.
Ho avuto anche un piccolo incidente di pulizia in camera che mi ha molto contrariato.

Pros:

Le lieu : calme et beau

Cons:

La nourriture n'est pas d'une grande qualité. Beaucoup d'aliments semblent d'origine industrielle, surtout les desserts. Ils ne sont vraiment pas bons. C'est la mauvaise note de l'hotel. Si vous faites la sortie sur l'ile aux cerfs et que vous etes all inclusive, c'est à vous de demander à l'hotel, un panier repas. On s'est retrouvés sans repas car nous n'étions pas informés. Sinon l'hotel est très calme et permet de se reposer. La vue est très belle et à 5 minutes à pied, il y a une très belle plage pour se baigner. On ne peut pas se baigner devant l'hotel, dans la mer. A savoir également.

Výborne , rada by som sa znova ubytovala
Pros:

Výhľad priamo na pláž , každý mal miesto čo sa týka stolov, lehátok a podobne . Neuveriteľne výborný personál ktorý spríjemnil celý pobyt . Každý deň sme mali príjemne prekvapenie v podobne rôznych zvieratok z uterákov . Výlet loďou na ostrov Ile Aux zdarma a ochota personálu pre ďalšie výlety za naozaj výhodne ceny .

Cons:

Obopotrebovaná izba, potrebovala by rekonštrukciu .

Très agréable
Pros:

Super hôtel, très belle chambre avec la vue sur la mer, bonnes prestations Spa, restaurants, bar et activités nautiques. Tout le personnel est vraiment au petit soin.
