Pros:

The staff were amazing. The free boat trip to Ill AUX CERFS and the glass bottom boat were really appreciated.

The variety of drinks available in the all inclusive was good, and so was the food.

This is definitely the place to go to, to relax and have a pleasant holiday!

Cons:

The water temperature in our shower was freezing when we arrived and the morning after, but after we made reference to this, they came and sorted out.

I would recommend having ice cream available for the dinners.

La camera molto grande con vista direttamente sul mare. La gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff che ci ha aiutato a gestire un grave problema di salute. É importante sentirsi a casa anche quando si é molto lontani. Grazie di tutto

Pros:

I like the location overall, staff are really cooperative, room was decent size and had very good ambience

Cons:

Not that I didn’t like but few facilities could have been better I felt, like, refilling the water bottles has to be done by ourselves, not much variety in the breakfast, there can be an option of midnight in room dining as well with limited food as most of them who stay in the resort are there for holiday, vacations etc, so after exploring the city coming back late night atleast some food options would be appreciated as all the restaurants outside in the city closes at 10pm so this can be a good option.

Nice view great room location , staff a little unenthusiastic, Meal lacking libation
Pros:

Room was good , clean , great view, pool was nice

Cons:

I was a little surprised that our "half board " evening meal didnt include a complimentary drink , not even tea or coffee !!, I found this a little penny pinching and spoilt the welcome vibe.
There was not much to entertain us in the evening, no music later in the evening, we ended up playing cards !!!

Fijn hotel met geweldig personeel.
Pros:

Gezellig kleinschalig hotel op een centrale plek op loopafstand van het dorp. Het is ook erg toegankelijk en ongedwongen. Het eten is erg goed en het personeel super vriendelijk.

Good value for money hotel in a beautiful location.
Pros:

The property presented well, had a beautiful outlook right onto the beach. Rooms were clean, had everything we needed. Staff were super friendly. Food was good.
