Great relaxing 3 days. Perfect start to our island tour.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Accommodation directly overlooking the sea with beach access but not for swimming was great. Complementary boat trip to the islands was a bonus, but the glass bottom boat and snorkelling was disappointing as the equipment was broken.
Food from the lunchtime à la carte menu was good, but the buffet breakfast and evening dinner was a bit limited for me as I’m vegetarian and gluten free. They weren’t able to offer me any alternatives.
All inclusive drinks options were good.
Plenty of relaxing areas in or out of the sun which was lovely.
The authentic dinner with family they arranged was fantastic and an absolute must do!
Music during the evening was nice but I felt they should have been put in a better location, not on the walk through of the bar staff and waiters and not in front of all the sun beds.
All in all it was a lovely relaxing 3 days for the start of our 12 day tour of the island.

Cons:

Nothing not to like but a better food choice for me would have been nice. Husband with normal diet really enjoyed all the food thought.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

La qualité de l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. Tout le monde est au petit soin pour vous pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour.

Cons:

L'impossibilité de se baigner à la plage en face de de l'hôtel. Mais à 10 minutes à pied vous trouverez votre bonheur.

Reposante et magnifique ! Sans hésitation je recommanderai cet hôtel
Pros:

L’accueil chaleureux de chaque personnel de la réception et chaque coin de l’hôtel !!
L’équipe du restaurant, les serveurs, les cuisiniers ainsi que les personnels de l’extérieur et les chambres !
Bravo au chef Roy et toute son équipe ! Reshma du coin omelette !

A haven of peace and tranquility
Pros:

Everything. Very efficient staff dedicated to customer service. a wonderful location with rooms facing the ocean and what an incredible view to wake up to every morning the colours of the sea were amazing and the clarity incredible. The room had a very calming and relaxing aura and the bed was extremley comfy. The cleaning ladies did an excellent job, Nazimah is a lovely lady very friendly and helpful she created all sorts of extraordinary art work with the towels I loved the crocodile!! the restaurant was excellent, varied and tasty with a very attentive, friendly staff. Lots of places to relax and wonderful beaches just in front of the hotel. Not to mention the boats that go out to the islands just off the coast(ile aux cerfs)everyday free of charge. The hotel has a very relaxed easy going vibe just what you need to have a wonderful holiday. I would definitely stay here again..

Cons:

I wanted to do some local trips or day trips to discover the southern part of the island when I asked about this at the reception they didn't suggest anything. Asking me what I wanted to do and then suggesting taking a taxi there!! when you don't really know the area, you need a bit of guidance as to what's accessible..so I was quite disappointed about this. I would have organised some trips myself but had some phone issues which made this difficult.

Pros:

We had a room on the ground floor with a view of the sea. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had enough power. Good wifi.
We liked the “library corner” with the complimentary teas. We enjoyed the breakfast and we also opted for dinner at the hotel.
Since we were there only one night we didn’t use the offer of an excursion to île des cerfs.
We loved the fact that there was a “departure lounge”, since we had a late flight. We could enjoy the pool and the shower facilities in the departure lounge.
For lunch we ate at the little beach shack, very nice.

Rundum gelungen - mit kostenfreiem Bootsservice zum Traumstrand
Pros:

Der nächste direkte Meerzugang vom Strand ist leider erst ca. 300 m entfernt. Alternativ gelangt man jedoch bequem per kostenfreiem Bootsservice auf die gegenüberliegende Insel Île aux Cerfs, was sehr gut organisiert ist.
Positiv hervorzuheben sind der freundliche Empfang mit kühlem Tee und feuchten Waschlappen, das vielfältige Frühstück sowie die musikalische Abendunterhaltung. Tischtennis ist windgeschützt möglich, der Poolbereich bietet sogar eine zweite, obere Sonnenliegenetage. Besonders lobenswert ist zudem der bewusste Verzicht auf Plastik, z. B. durch nachfüllbare Glaswasserflaschen.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön direkt am Meer. Bootsfahrten zur Ile aux cerfs und zum Schnorcheln sind inklusive. Das Essen ist hervorragend und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Positiv fanden wir auch, dass das Hotel um Nachhaltigkeit bemüht ist.

Cons:

Schade ist nur, dass es direkt am Hotel keinen richtigen Strand (mehr) gibt.

V hotelu jsme bydleli 5 dní (polopenze), jídlo bylo výborné - akorát u snídaně bych ocenila více zeleniny a výběr kávy (

Výborné jídlo (hlavně večeře), milá obsluha, pokoje s výhledem na moře, dobré pokrytí wifi v hotelu

Cons:

Výpadky elektřiny na pokoji - vždy vyřešeno během chvíle, pokoje už by si zasloužily drobné opravy.

Pros:

la gentillesse du personnel et surtout notre femme de ménage Patricia, la vue sur l'océan, un lieu de bonheur pour se détendre, la qualité de la literie et la propreté de l'hôtel

Cons:

Nous ne savions pas avec mon mari que l'on ne devait échangé avec des mauriciens qui ne ferait pas parti de l'hôtel sur la terrasse de notre chambre, d'ou l'intervention de la sécurité
