Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Sherwood Park-Edmonton Area by IHG

Great location and service!! Breakfast was great; staff was very friendly. Inder provided excellent customer service as well. Will definitely stay at this location again and recommend to others!!

We hoped the hotel is like what the reviews show. The front desk team is forcing people to do the reviews including me. they also have asked if they could do the review from my account. This is something the management needs to consider and monitor. This is all false. The rooms are ok but still outdated. Carpets dirty and breakfast is ok.

I’ve been a loyal IHG member since 2009, Just imagine if you will , I’ve stayed with IHG products across Canada, USA, Australia, and the Philippines. And when I came to this property in Sherwood Park Alberta Canada, I was overwhelmed by the attention to detail that the staff and the management provided me and my family for our stay.. several staff members in particular were extremely professional, courteous and exuded the culture of IHG to provide not only a place to stay but a true comfort experience. One in particular was Mandy a supervisor at this property. I wish I could clone her, and have her work for every location that I’ve experienced over the years. She is unmatched in her ability to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Another IHG employee is Cambell who works the front counter, He is also highly engaging, courteous, professional, and welcoming.. My total experience with this property was stellar, from my first step onto the property and
being welcomed by Cambell at the front desk in a way that he recognize me as a valued IHG Diamond elite member , it made me feel like I’m a part of the family. ( even if you’re not a member of the IHG loyalty program I bet you dollars to donuts that you will get the same welcome from the front counter staff)

When I entered my room, there was a wonderful little welcome note Hand written saying how happy the IHG team was with my arrival and would be spending time with them. It was signed by Mandy. I thought to myself what a wonderful touch. And again this solidified my feeling that I belonged here.. Our night at the property was peaceful and relaxing in a beautiful well-equipped room that was well cared for with everything in order and very clean. The bed was comfortable the shower had great water pressure and the water was hot.. the next morning my wife and son and I had breakfast downstairs and it also was extremely well equipped. The layout was immaculate and the attention to detail was first rate.. if you’re looking for a safe clean place to stay with your family or on your own, this is a 10 out of 10 selection.. It’s located perfectly close to the highway and every amenity that you will need for your stay. If your stay is an extended stay or is a one night stay he won’t go wrong choosing this property..

Just loved it. This is our go to spot now when we’re back in this area loyalty means a lot to me and I pledge my loyalty to this location. Other locations have big shoes to fill.🙂

This hotel was an extremely good price, especially considering the exchange rate. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast room was spacious with many options. The coffee at Holiday Inn is always good.

Very happy with the price we paid, how clean and modern the hotel and room was, how friendly the staff were and the complimentary breakfast. Would absolutely stay here again.
