A really good stay.
Pros:

The young man who worked days at the front desk was amazing. He even remembered a concert that we were attending and asked about it the next day. The breakfast was as always good, especially the warm cinnamon rolls.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that they have gone to those horrid soap dispensers. I also didn't like that the shower was in a slippery bathtub. The bathtub was so tall that I could hardly get into it.

Bad hotel to stay at for work
Pros:

Stayed here for work and if anything changes and you have to check out early, they give you a hard time and want to charge you a fee. Not friendly staff at the front desk

We were comfortable and we slept well in our room
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The staff in the breakfast room were very friendly. The shower heads were excellent.

Cons:

Our door didn't close properly. Even when we heard a click, we still had to give it an extra push or pull to have it fully closed. One of our dresser drawers didn't close properly. It kept slowly creeping fully open. Would have liked to have tv programs listed on a guide on the tv.

Convenient location for a comfy stay outside Edmonton

I couldn't stay because there was room for me even though I had a reservation.
Cons:

I booked with that hotel specifically because I was bringing a pet. I called ahead to let them know I was bringing my dog and I was told they would have a room available. When I arrived, there was no room for me. It was end of a long day. I'm extremely unhappy and will not be staying in that hotel again.

I was fleeing domestic violence and I felt the staff were helpful and made me feel safe and my puppies as well were safe

Phenomenal place to stay
Pros:

Phenomenal place to stay! This is the second time we have stayed here. I travelled north with my 3 & 1 year old, and they were extremely accommodating. All the staff ate so friendly and kind. Mandy and laurie(I believe her name is, she works breakfast) made us feel like family. They were so wonderful with my kids always greeting us the minute they seen us and going out of there way. Our room was cleaned and stocked every day and always asked if we needed anything. Breakfast always stocked, didn’t have to rush down afraid of running out of anything.

Highly recommend and will be staying here everytime we come back!
