Was ok for this visit, but old building we won’t stay at it again. Friendly staff
Pros:

Location was good for the reason we were visiting that area

Cons:

Breakfast was not worth eating. Pancake machine broken. Other food just bland. & not healthy options. Luckily there was some fresh fruit & a coffee machine.

I don’t recommend. It isn’t worth the $156 you pay for the night.
Pros:

It was okay. Bed was comfy. Room did have a weird smell

Cons:

Floors were very dirty. After getting out the shower my feet were black just from walking around the room. I never received my deposit back. I left the room how it was left and even stacked the towels and bed sheets for the maids. Very disappointed about the deposit.

Nice hotel but overpriced.
Pros:

The location was great. The room was nice and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower had plenty of water pressure. The free breakfast was good and had lots of choices.

Cons:

The WiFi was terrible. I thought it was a bit overpriced.

I came to town to visit my sister and this hotel was very convenient and with the money
Pros:

I loved the free coffee! And of course the breakfast. The staff were very kind and professional. Our first room wasn’t up to par and the staff switched us immediately. Super friendly.

Cons:

Our first room wasn’t cleaned very well.

Pros:

It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. They had plenty of towels and washcloths. Room was essentially clean.

Cons:

Hotel was a bit run-down for a Holiday Inn - we were not expecting that from a Holiday Inn. Always viewed them as a quality place. But this hotel had "old" odors and had a lot of patchwork evident in the whole place - not just our room.

Cons:

very musty, smelled smokey. Nose got completely stuffed and I couldn' breathe thru my nose all night. That as never happened to me before.

Thugs had busted the security around me and my property in the facilitation approved it because they were having a party
Pros:

I requested to Booking.com that I had an autistic child and two Service dogs. You put me at a non-pet friendly hotel where I had nowhere to walk my dogs as I am 100% disabled my nephew has autism. I’m furious at Booking.com and I will never use them again.

Cons:

Nothing they were rude they were disrespectful. The room was not clean. They were holes in the door. The blinds were tore up. You put me in Motel 6 Hell and I want my money back
