I don't ever want to suffer thru a night like that again!
Pros:

staff friendly

Cons:

very musty, smelled smokey. Nose got completely stuffed and I couldn' breathe thru my nose all night. That as never happened to me before.

Thugs had busted the security around me and my property in the facilitation approved it because they were having a party
Pros:

I requested to Booking.com that I had an autistic child and two Service dogs. You put me at a non-pet friendly hotel where I had nowhere to walk my dogs as I am 100% disabled my nephew has autism. I’m furious at Booking.com and I will never use them again.

Cons:

Nothing they were rude they were disrespectful. The room was not clean. They were holes in the door. The blinds were tore up. You put me in Motel 6 Hell and I want my money back

My best stay ever
Pros:

The hotel director Angela King was very kind and considerate of my early arrival. She got me in the room as quickly as possible under certain circumstances and allowed me to do a late checkout without a problem. Thanks Angela!

Location as related to our need. Very convenient.

Cons:

Room darkening shade was worn & torn. Stuck in pulled down position. Never was able to raise it.Interior needs general update. Noinstructions for operating tv in room No Wi-Fi password. I will say the beds were comfortable. And the shower was in this Accessible room very strong flow for good hot shower. Staff was pleasant. Biggest issue was the rundown feeling in lobby & our room.

Quick overnight stay on our way to another destination. It's affordable and has a nice warm pool.

The hotel was just right for 2 days.
Pros:

Hot meal with sausage eggs, next day ham egg omelette and normal extras Went to visit family and Chattanooga zoo.
Swimming in indoor heated pool was very good. Enjoyed seeing National Cemetary
