Nice establishment, convenient location.
Pros:

I really liked the convenience of the location and that there is walking distance to nice restaurants, dine in or takeout. I also liked that there was a designated smoking section outside.

Cons:

The rooms are not thoroughly checked, found some things from previous guests. However, I did not bring this to anyone’s attention to have it addressed. I did not like more of a variety in their “gift shop” for food since they don’t have complimentary breakfast.

The pool is so duty. No body use it unless you’re drunk and can’t see well. The Jacuzzi is closed.

Cons:

I don’t know why but the hotel parking lot is some how not under the facility responsibility in case of breaking or theft. They even have a sign posted about it. During my stay there was so many cars about 15 (mostly trucks) that had their windows broken by armed people who where looking for guns to steal. Apparently, it has been going on for while.

Overall stay was great. The beds were super comfortable.
Pros:

All the amenities and the 24hour store where you could borrow something like a crock pot or blender if you did not have one.

Cons:

The security. Someone put a small bullet hole in my car window. Obviously it was a pellet gun because it didn’t shatter but left some damage.

Not impressed everything should have been handled very differently to make people feel comfortable
Cons:

3 Cars were broken into in the parking lot staff said there were break ins when I checked in and they continued felt very unsafe they should have had the police patrol I was there for my sons baseball games

The staff was very nice

Cons:

The room still had food from the last people that stayed, the hot tub was broken and that was one of my only reasons for booking, we were told there was frequent theft and that we needed to lock up, in the parking lot there was glass from windows that had been broken during thefts.

Pros:

Close proximity to the event we were in town for, great location with all the surrounding restaurants and Polaris shopping mall. Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean!

Pros:

It was clean and ready to go despite my late check in

Cons:

It was no fault of the property at all but the fire alarm went off 3 times. The staff handled it the best he could.
