I had a very concerning experience at this hotel that I feel others should be aware of.

While using the main entrance, my dog’s paw became caught under the automatic door during its opening cycle, causing a laceration that required emergency veterinary care (sutures, antibiotics, and pain medication). This was not an issue of the door closing—it happened during normal operation, which raises serious concerns about a potential safety hazard at a primary entrance.

What was equally troubling was how the situation was handled by staff. When I attempted to report the incident:

- I was not allowed to speak with a manager
- No incident report was created
- I was told to leave
- A front desk employee (identified as “William”) made an inappropriate and unprofessional comment about my injured dog

At a minimum, any injury on property should be taken seriously, documented, and escalated appropriately. That did not happen here.

I have since escalated this to corporate and requested a formal review. I strongly encourage the hotel to:

1. Inspect and address any potential safety issues with the entrance door
2. Train staff on proper incident response and professionalism

This experience was disappointing—not only because of the injury, but because of the lack of basic accountability in handling it.

We will stay here everytime we are in town!
Pros:

Very comfortable beds, clean & very spacious rooms! Great location. We absolutely loved it!

Cons:

Wish it had breakfast so we didn’t have to cook or go out. Other than that everything was fantastic!

we found a butt plug under our mattress and when we notified the man at the front desk we had to remove it ourselves, change our own sheets, and wasn’t able to switch rooms.

Cons:

Toilet overflowed which caused me to be late to engagement. I had to ask for more toilet tissue and paper towels, what was in there had already been opened and used.
