Other than the chair problem, the stay was excellent. Truly enjoyable.
Pros:

We have stayed at this particular Holiday Inn Express a few times and we really enjoy it. We like the breakfast, and the staff is always very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

Nothing major. We could have used a second chair in the room. I've stayed at other Holiday Inns and there is always only one chair in the room. A little inconvenient when there are two of us staying in the same room. One gets the chair, and the other gets to sit on the corner of the bed.

Other than that, everything else was really good.
Pros:

The breakfast was great and also the size of the room.

Cons:

The only thing I would say is that the mattresses were uncomfortable, they are too used and they were making noises every time you would move. Also the mattress for the sofa bed was really bad.
