Comfy in Frankfort

Very disappointing and expensive
Pros:

Was clean and nice rooms.

Cons:

We paid for our rooms ahead of time so we didn’t have to worry about that when we traveled.We had 2 rooms both were paid in advance.We had conformation that both rooms were paid.But holiday wouldn’t except our conformation numbers as we paid.One room they said was fine the other we had to pay twice for because their worker earsed the digital card and there was no way for me to get that number back.Whats the point of have conformation numbers if they don’t except them as your receipt that you paid.It ruined our whole trip.The hosts were not helpful at all and just said there’s nothing we can do.So I paid for 3 rooms and one extra night because of their workers mistake not ours.We stayed 1 night that was it.Will never stay again.

Bed wasn't that comfortable, really noisy outside, breakfast didn't start until 6:30. We would like to have eaten a bit earlier.
