Our room was clean and the beds are super comfortable. We went to the pool and spa and it was clean too. My family and I will definitely stay here again!

It was really nice but the sheets were stained and looked dirty and the floors were dirty and sticky my sandals kept making sticky noises while I walking around but I did like that they provided full big bottles of all hygiene stuff like lotion body wash and shampoo and conditioner

Staff was nice and helpful, room was clean. But our room was on the side of the building that was close to a busy street. A traffic light was next to the hotel entrance. Cars revving up when the light turned green made our stayvery noisy, all night.

Nice hotel for visiting Carlsbad Caverns NP
Pros:

Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Plenty of hot water. What more do ya’ need?!?
Also, good location for Carlsbad Cavern National Park visitors - approximately 30 minutes. We went back and forth to the park from this location and enjoyed the drive. Also close to many restaurants.
