規定事項說明不明確。

這次在3月7號入住3月8號退房。
因太太人不舒服，所以和小孩未能在早餐服務時間進入餐廳用早餐。
當時是自費購買早餐的，所以在退房的時間和大廳櫃檯提出退費的申請，被大廳櫃檯服務人員拒絕。
因在單句上面並清楚的將規定說明。又因酒店自己的疏忽而導致我們在金錢上平白無故損失。
本人覺得非常不合理，希望他們在未來能能更改並清楚的寫明規定細節。
避免造成大家的不愉快。
