I booked a king size bed but they gave me two beds next to each other which was very uncomfortable

Einschalten der Sauna musste leider immer urgiert werden trotz Beginn um 17.00 Uhr laut Anschlag, jedoch vergessen einzuschalten
Premium-Zimmer sind super. Gute Klimaanlage, schöner, heller und offener Raum, komfortable Betten und flussseitig eine wahnsinnig schöne Aussicht. Room-Service hat super funktioniert, das Essen aus dem LAGANA ist in kurzer Zeit am Zimmer. Das Essen selbst ist zwar hochpreisig, aber durch die hohe Qualität vollkommen gerechtfertigt. Schnitzel super, Steak großartig und das Tiramisu war auch lecker.
Mein einziger Kritikpunkt wäre, dass der Stuhl beim TV einen recht instabilen Eindruck machte und jede Bewegung darin ein kleines Geräuschorchester folgen ließ. Abgesehen davon ist alles super.

ich finde dass die Parkgarage 17 € viel zu teuer ist man könnte ein bisschen mehr entgegenkommen wenn man das Hotel bucht. Pro Nacht 17 € ist wirklich viel zu viel

Low Budget von Tagungsrämen zu Zimmern umgebautes Zimmer erwischt, eines Hotels unwürdiges Bett, schiebewände mit Vorhang abgedeckt, alles sehr zusammengeschustert, hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt… war zwar absolut ok, jedoch für den Preis schon eher eine Frechheit, sorry…. ABER super liebes Personal, schönes Hotel ansonsten, Lage top, Frühstück gut …. Nur das Zimmer für den Preis…, Eiei

Das Zimmer: keine Minibar alle Getränke warm, das Wc: durch das Glas kann man den Partner beim kacken zusehen und man geniert sich wenn man selbst oben sitzt weil man alles hört, sieht und riecht den der Abzug ist nur zur Deko am Klo!
Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und professionelle Betreuung.
Nicht alle Mitarbeiter hatten das gleich hohe Niveau.
