Will definitely stay here again next time I go to Arizona.
Pros:

This is my 3rd time staying here and this property does not disappoint. Great breakfast, friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms and a great location whether you are doing a local activity or something in Phoenix.

Cons:

Nothing. Zero negative comments.

Rushed, uneventful. Great concert though!
Pros:

My husband liked the breakfast. I appreciate that you can get coffee at any hour of the day. The staff was friendly, however upon asking about the transportation to and from the State Farm Stadium, he stated it was available but could not lock down the schedule or how to go back and forth? We ended up paying right at $100 just for transportation and that's mostly why I booked this hotel because it was available for their guests. I did appreciate the extended time of one hour to vacate the room as we got in late that morning just due to transportation issues.

Cons:

When we entered the room it smelled of eggs, like someone boiled eggs or left them in the trash. The carpet by the bed still had crumbs on the floor from the previous occupant and the bathroom, though clean, the door was not working properly and the sink was plugged up. When you turned the water on, gunk came out from the stopper. The shower had very little pressure as well. For the money paid, my son and daughter in law stayed next door at a sister facility and the difference was very obvious. From the front desk to the hallways to the rooms were clean smelling, much cooler (as in temperature) and the room they had much cleaner and appealing.

Good, could have been better but you get what you pay for.
Pros:

The staff were friendly. The free shuttle was a great amenity. 24/7 coffee machine was delicious and convenient! Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The rooms and bathroom were dirty. One of the rooms stank especially in the bathroom, it smelt like urine. The rooms were hot upon entry and took awhile to cool down.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms and entire hotel were extremely clean. Parking is ample. Plenty of luggage carts. We were there for a concert and the hotel offers a shuttle service, saved me $75 for parking at the event.

Pros:

Close to everything and was pretty clean. Breakfast was amazing hot and fresh. With to go bags if you wanted take breakfast to go! Staff friendly and professional!

Cons:

Asked for different body soap and more towels never delivered!!!! Asked for them 2 nights in a row but never received them. Should have had money taken off my bill or credit or gift card given or complimentary 2 nights any holiday inn express.
It is clean and modern updated. Just needs newer carpet.
