Le nostre camere erano dirimpetto alla stazione dei pompieri, lascio immaginare il concerto di sirene a tutte le ore del giorno e della tarda serata. Comprendo che non è colpa dell'hotel, ma direi nemmeno dei clienti che si aspettano una certa quiete quando prenotano un albergo di questo livello. Entrambe le camere al nostro arrivo presentavano problemi idraulici. Non funzionava il soffione della doccia in una e non scaricava il WC nell'altra. I problemi sono rimasti, ma l'albergo su nostra sollecitazione è intervenuto prontamente per cercare di risolvere e in un caso ha proposto la sostituzione della camera (non accettata in quanto erano due camere attigue). D'altronde le aspettative sono in linea con le stelle e le tariffe proposte e anche la direzione dell'albergo credo ne sia consapevole.

I asked for an invoice and I have never received one because they mentioned that booking com should issue one. Booking com said that the property should issue the invoice. Very confusing and frustrating. Nothing heard so far...
Unbelievable location right on Boston Harbor. It’s got a great gym and fantastic restaurants too.
It felt a little too corporate to truly be a relaxing stay. I felt like I should be a business executive or something. I expected the pool to be heated too

Booked a twin room but got a large double, as it was so nice we didn't complain but was disappointing.
My biggest complaint was that I was charged $450 dollars ($150 per night deposit on arrival). Literally no warning of this on booking.com. The staff member asked for my card for the system but did not explain that this money was to be deducted. When I got to my room I realised the money had been taken so complained later. I was told it was normal and the amount reflected the standard of hotel we were staying in and I felt treated as if I was being stupid. In the UK it is not normal to deduct an actual amount, normally they just take the card number so they can deduct an amount if they need to so it was a shock that this amount was deducted from my account. To make matters worse, it took over two weeks to be refunded after our stay. The hotel naturally blamed the bank but it was not helped that it was taken without my consent in the first place.
Front Desk Manager Esteban Castaneda shined as he instrumentally helped transform our family birthday trip into a celebration. It’s the details that count, and Mr. Castaneda understands this. Kudos and thanks to him for his gracious generosity of spirit, intelligent professionalism, recommendations, knowledge of Boston and Cambridge, and kindness.
The Hotel is in an amazing location. Minutes from the Seaport, Downtown, and the North End and a short T ride to The Back Bay and Fenway.
We needed to change our room because the room safe was inoperable but the staff was very receptive to our problem and provided a quick room change.
We had a slight issue with the new room’s shower’s hot water. It would start off cool and then become warm. After several minutes it would finally become hot.

Very nice facility. Nice room. Good restaurant but didn't have gluten free options. Liked bathroom, view of harbor. Good location. Helpful Concierge.
No gluten free restaurant items. No extra pillows in room. Pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Air conditioning in room didn't seem to work right. Very hot at night and, hard to sleep. No gift shop or sundries store.
