الغرف المجدده ماعليها لكن مستواها تغير عن قبل

Cons:

أخذنا وقت طويل في check in والسبب أن الغرفة في النظام غير عن بوكنق !
المدير المناوب مستر بيتر ماقصر معانا حل المشكله وعوضنا بغدا من بكره
لكن بصراحة تعبنا وماعتقد راح اكرر التجربة مره ثانيه

Disappointing. 3 star hotel experience for 5 star money
Pros:

Breakfast was awful. Wrong food, delivered late and cold. Non English speaking staff absolutely clueless about the menu. Nearly 1.5 hours wasted.

Dinner in El Khal restaurant was decent and reasonable priced by non- egytpian prices.

The hotel was looking a bit tired and overall standards feel like they've dropped considerably since the last time I stayed there several years ago.

Cons:

A lot of low quality staff which speak no English. Very poor breakfast service
