Nothing
Our two night stay at the Intercontinental Citystars was everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Rooms were spacious and had everything you would expect. The hotel is located in a good area where I was able to go street walking in the daytime. The hotel is part of a complex that includes a very large and modern shopping centre. Internal access from the hotel makes it easy to go shopping of make use of the many eateries. The breakfast area was enormous and was at times overwhelming. Staff were excellent.

Old and rude stuff
The location was perfect for our last day in Cairo as we had in mind doing some shopping and the hotel has a direct communication with the shopping mall. The rooms were spatious and comfotable. Breakfast was very complete. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Food options poor. Room very comfortable but furnishings and fittings very old.
Most everything is first class
We have a great experience with the staff including the concierge who arranged premium transportation to the Cairo airport at 4am which included fast lane through checkpoints. My only complaints are that our bathroom was dated and the breakfast buffet was mediocre
The hotel is located next to a huge mall. The staff is friendly. The Club Continental rooms are rhe best.
Gorgeous facility excellent food and service, in downtown Cairo close to the mall. Wish I had more time to spend there. Highly recommended!
I always stay at the InterContinental Citystars Hotel whenever I visit Cairo on business. I particularly appreciate the hotel’s location, as it perfectly suits my work needs.
I would also like to commend the hotel staff. The Concierge team, especially Mr. Ahmed Ismail and his colleagues, are exceptionally kind and always eager to assist in any way possible. I have rarely encountered such genuine hospitality elsewhere.
I would also like to mention Mr. Mohamed Mostafa, the Executive Assistant Manager, for his professionalism and attentiveness. In addition, the housekeeping staff on the 7th floor (if I recall correctly, Mr. Watson and a lady colleague) ensured that my room was always impeccably clean and perfectly arranged when I returned.
The breakfast is excellent, and I highly recommend not leaving the hotel without having dinner at the Shogun Japanese Restaurant — it is truly one of the best I have experienced.
Room and all stuff and thank you so much Osama from reception
