Very spacious rooms very clean! The staff was very friendly.
The parking was valet only. They wouldn’t let you park yourself so you had to pay and extra 44.00 to park. I had forgotten my shoes in my car and I couldn’t go get them and they only had one valet worker working and he was covered up so he couldn’t get them either.
Really cool place.
Parking
Stayed at the Aloft Nashville West End for a weekend trip, and this hotel is definitely not for everyone especially if you’re hoping for a quiet Friday or Saturday night. My first room was right by the elevator, and I barely slept. The hallway turned into a hangout spot for loud, inconsiderate groups well into the night. I called the front desk, but nothing changed, so I actually packed up and left in the middle of the night. The one bright spot was the young man working the weekend overnight shift. I didn’t catch his name, but he went out of his way to move me to a quieter, emptier part of the hotel. That gesture alone kept this place from being a one‑star experience.
As for the hotel itself, it’s your typical Aloft vibe minimalistic, modern, and geared toward a younger crowd. The lobby has a pool table, a bar, and bold décor. It’s not a cozy or homey property, but the rooms were decent.
The bed was comfortable, Wi‑Fi was hit‑or‑miss, and the showers don’t have curtains, which may bother some travelers. Location-wise, it’s fine if you’re planning to explore Nashville, but don’t expect true walkability. Most attractions will require a rideshare.
Overall, the staff was helpful when it mattered, but if you value guaranteed comfort and quiet, you may want to compare other options or at least request a high floor away from the elevators. This hotel can work, but only with the right room and the right expectations.
Very nice hotel!
No restaurant! Bad! No coffee! Terrible.
It was very clean , I love the lobby and also the location
All it was lovely
The room was nice, the staff was great. Being dog friendly was great.
The mattress needs to be replaced.
Accommodating
Wasn’t as close as anticipated, hair on shower walls upon arrival. Staff was nice and friendly but was more expensive and everything was an extra charge added on - not much included. A little out dated. Stayed on the 9th floor- very humid for late January. No ventilation in bathroom.
I loved the location of the hotel and the size of the room.
Valet is very expensive and hard to find anyone when I need my car. The app is ok but the car was never close to ready. I had to leave for work early everyday before valet opened and the front desk always struggled to find my key. Basically I valet my own car every morning myself. I think 45 is very steep for the service you receive.
The only parking provided was valet. $44 per night. We stayed 2 nights. The parking charged us over $100. The hotel was super loud from the street. We didn't get any sleep due to road noise in the room.
