The staff was very friendly and helpful
It was alittle further from downtown than I thought
I like the amenities that were included and the location.
The front desk staff were rude. You walk by and say Good Morning they just look at you and don’t speak.
Everything.
That we did not have the option to park the vehicle ourselves. Daily $45 mandatory fee for valet was not planned ahead of time.
Joel front desk was very kind and welcoming. The valet was also very helpful . Cylus . Southern hospitality.
Location
Only two beds and a shower. No refrigerator or closets, very basic. A little expensive.
Valle parking is $48 a night. No other options.
Location
Needed to be updated. Our room had empty bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Very Fun stay reminds me of the Moxy but the valet stood out the most! The only other time I’ve ever experienced valet service that great was at the Gaylord. He helped with my bags opened my door, loaded my car & closed my door. He asked about my stay and wished us safe travels! So if you’re seeing this Zain H Thank you for genuinely making my morning!
Bed was super comfortable and we had a very large room!
The valet service was a little pricey.
Our stay at the Aloft was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Our valet guy Zain H was outstanding! Very friendly, knowledgeable great personality.
Valet was extremely nice and did very well, Zain H was helpful and fun to talk to. The front desk was extremely nice and sweet.
My only issue is the lack of Foam pillows, feather pillows have no support.
My sister was in the hospital at Vanderbilt for 2 weeks, which required me to have multiple stays in Nashville. I stayed at Aloft each time because the location was perfect, the staff was kind, the valet was prompt/friendly (Zain H.), and the hotel was very flexible to my schedule changes.
Had a wonderful stay at this location. In particular with some vehicle trouble Zain H at the valet was a fantastic help. I cannot begin to articulate how happy I was to be able to find my keys once lost. Truly saved multiple trips to multiple locksmiths to get into my house, my car, my job, etc. literally saved me hundreds of dollars. The view was great and the donut shop across the street was amazing.
We stayed here because friends had booked at this hotel. After reading the reviews, we were very uncertain about staying, but decided to book anyway because of our friends. Unfortunately, believe the reviews.
The rooms had a very strong moldy smell, and it was evident there may be mold issues. The room was not clean. I pulled out the desk chair and found an entire sugar packet spilled on the seat from a previous guest. The chair itself was disgustingly dirty.
My husband used the bathroom, and his shoes were literally sticking to the floor. We ended up getting extra towels just to lay on the bathroom floor while getting ready in the morning because it felt so gross.
The staff was nice, which is the only positive thing I can say, but based on our experience, I would recommend staying somewhere else.
Courtney checked us in and gave us some great recommendations, super friendly and star of the show.
It is loud, doors could do with something as they have large gaps all around letting in light and sound.
Location of hotel is on a busy road, so expect car noise throughout the night.
Rooms are fine, little dated and wear and tear. But are fine for the price. AC was so loud, had to turn it off, so either bring earplugs or sleep in heat.
Parking is expensive, look at a local lot for cheaper options
