It was very clean , I love the lobby and also the location
All it was lovely
The room was nice, the staff was great. Being dog friendly was great.
The mattress needs to be replaced.
Accommodating
Wasn’t as close as anticipated, hair on shower walls upon arrival. Staff was nice and friendly but was more expensive and everything was an extra charge added on - not much included. A little out dated. Stayed on the 9th floor- very humid for late January. No ventilation in bathroom.
The only parking provided was valet. $44 per night. We stayed 2 nights. The parking charged us over $100. The hotel was super loud from the street. We didn't get any sleep due to road noise in the room.
I loved the location of the hotel and the size of the room.
Valet is very expensive and hard to find anyone when I need my car. The app is ok but the car was never close to ready. I had to leave for work early everyday before valet opened and the front desk always struggled to find my key. Basically I valet my own car every morning myself. I think 45 is very steep for the service you receive.
Convenience of location to where I was needing to be
Valet was $44 a day but parking lots a few blocks over only charged $20 for full day parking
Location was good except for the mass amount of homeless people and roaches.
Front desk lady was very rude and not very helpful she was too into her phone . She would role her eyes if I came up for a question. Valet was very pushy we had to hurry throw our luggage on the sidewalk for them to speed off in my vehicle and didn’t even offer us a cart
same with the front desk. So we had to struggle to get to our room. The room smelled of dog pee and mold. The shower was broke maintenance had to fix that. The fridge was warm fully turned up. The bed was uncomfortable and it was like pulling teeth to get clean towels and other items. The bartender was rude also he was very disengaged also on his phone had an attitude because we asked for a lemon while he was too busy taking cash out of the register and putting it in his pockets. He gave us 7oz bud light bottles for $8 instead of a full beer because something was in his way so he couldn’t reach them. The elevator was a very rough ride and smelled of urine. The lobby was way too loaded with air freshener that it gave all of us a headache also was very dirty. There was no arcade the pool tables felt was trashed and No complimentary breakfast also the coffee tasted burned and old so we asked for regular coffee because we only had decaf they sent us up more decaf but the very tiny coffee pot was so filthy inside we just went to the gas station every day. Both patios were horrible and they don’t look like the photos on aloft website. The upstairs was horrible no cushions for the patio furniture it was very dirty, no music, lights were burned out and it had cock roaches running all over. The cockroaches were also in the hallways and stair wells. The lower patio had only one table not like online were it had multiple seating. Teenage kids were spiting from the top patio and threw melted ice cream on my back. People threw up in the hallway and it wasn’t cleaned nor the ice cream on the patio. The whole third floor smelled of plumbing sewage. This was the worst hotel stay we have ever had not worth $1.
Room was very clean and beautiful. Staff very friendly!
Parking and paying extra to park safely.
Nice interior and bathroom was spotless
The $75 deposit and $44 parking fee. Nashville near broadway is ridiculous with the parking fees( I know it’s a tourist area but the fees are too much)
