Great location. Convenient walking to shops and restaurants.
Location was excellent for walking to food and local events. Hotel staff was friendly and the hotel dog was amazing! My room was nicer than I expected. We have stayed at Indigo several times to meet up with friends or for local events. Its walking distance for most everything you need to get to in the area.
La localización, el diseño, la limpieza y el personal.
Nada.
It's very nice and clean and the location is very good. I love the views!
Over priced!
The price!
Friendly staff, bar/restaurant
Addison greeted us warmly (so did Tripp). The King Suite was very nice. A funky style/furnishings that we aren't used too but really enjoyed. It made the stay unique. The balcony door was really secure and since we stayed on a really cold night, we didn't go out there but it was a cool feature. the bathroom was luxurious with cool features and fixtures -very nice.
Not really a bad thing, you just have to realize the water from the shower handle to the showerhead needs a little more time for the temp to change than you may be used too (due to the physical distance between them).
I won't be returning there. That's all I had to say. Investigate it yourself
Going into the city of Columbus and not being at this f****** hotel
Nice place and area
Nothing
The pool and hot tub was not working and that was the o my reason we chose this hotel. There website did not say anywhere on it the pool or hot tub would not be working
The facility was undergoing renovation from the elevators to the lobby to the room across from us. Everywhere! It affected our visit. The website mentioned the renovation but not to the extent of what it was. So I don’t believe the value was worth the price. Very disappointed! But I imagine someday it will be super nice.
Provided a discount due to the renovation and the mess that was everywhere.
Where would you like to start. Right when we walked in we were greeted so warmly. The place smelled amazing. The staff was amazing.
The breakfast was exceptional, and the servers were so nice. Each day they would bring us our drinks exactly what we wanted without even being asked. Then they asked us, if we wanted the same from the previous morning, they knew exactly who we were. They talked to us. We felt like home there. The servers John and Hunter were the best. The decor and the housekeeping were so nice and did a wonderful job keeping everything so clean. The rooms were comfortable and the location was perfect for us. Next one you will be coming back for sure.
We liked everything everything was perfect.
Great location, nice rooms and amenities.
Very enjoyable stay at the Hotel Indigo! Room was spacious, thoughtfully designed and quiet. Restaurants on Washington Street were walkable from the property. Bartender was friendly and provided great service as the only one working on a Friday evening. The public restrooms on the first floor were some of the nicest I’ve encountered in my travels. Tripp the dog was great. He behaves more like a cat.
