For the purpose of business I’ve been staying at Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Airport West off and off for 9 years. I have Diamond Status, from my experience this Homewood Staff are one of the most attentive Hotel Staff in the Country. If there is ever maintenance needed via the Hotel Room or Laundromat I’ve never waited for an extended period of time. I would be remised if I didn’t mention the cleanliness and organization at the 7 days a week hot breakfast buffet and the 4 days a week Complimentary adult beverages. Soft drinks and buffet Dinner offered by this Hotel. Of course the location being Miami you can expect those Latin Flavors every now and then. From me being a Diamond member I give them 5 out of 5 stars.

Best staff around always helpful and responsive, The manager day has built a great reliable friendly staff…I have been using this location for 4 years and will continue into the future….

Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for great amenities and saving some Monday on meals.

This is an older property that sits in a triangle of hotels with a shared parking lot in the center. I stayed at the Homewood suites and it had a good breakfast as well as an evening social Monday - Thursday that functioned as a free dinner. They give you access to all of the amenities between any of the three hotels which was great. The best hotel gym as well as the hot tub and newest rooms is at the Hilton garden inn. The Homewood suites has gas bbq grills and the free evening socials.

I recommend staying at the whole Garden Inn unless you need a kitchenette in which case use the home suites. Home suites is a bit older but still well cared for. The staff at the Homewood suites is great and very friendly.

Great hotel and the Hotel Staff is super helpful! It is also very close to the airport.

Amazing hotel with a great location and staff. Rooms are comfortable and food for breakfast and the Monday to Thursday Socials are amazing!

Location was pretty good for our purposes....we were going on a cruise. Breakfast was good, The hotel and room were clean. We enjoyed our stay.

What a disappointing experience.

My flight was on time. My bags were first off. And then, I went to the hotel shuttle area a little after 5:30. I expected to see the van around 6pm at the latest, however, it never arrived.

I saw several other hotel shuttles go by at least twice before deciding something was not right.

After almost 45 minutes, I called the hotel and never got a person to answer. I called back and after wading through the system, got a woman on the line. When I explained I was waiting for the shuttle, she very rudely informed me I had to call.

Nowhere on their site, in the voicemail system, or on any documents I received did it say I needed to call. Everything states the shuttle runs every 30 minutes from 7am-11pm.

While waiting is never fun, being scolded by a staff member before you even arrive at the hotel is never a great start.

Once the shuttle finally arrived, almost an hour after I arrived at the airport, they had picked up another guest at the previous stop. So clearly, there were several of us waiting for the shuttle.

Because of the late pick up, I was not able to fully enjoy the evening reception. Again, disappointing.

This whole experience is not up to the Hilton standard. It’s unfortunate this property isn’t being handled to their benefit.

I can only hope future guests may have better care.

And, as I’m writing this, the wifi signal keeps dropping. Yet another disappointment.

Good staff.

Close to airport. Comfortable and spacious 2-BdRm suites. Reasonable price. Vince at the front desk was courteous and helpful.
