Sehr schöner Urlaub am Meer.
Pros:

Sehr tolles Hotel am Strand, getrennt von einer Straße. Zur Innenstadt nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Im Hotel alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet. Das Frühstück war der Knaller. Alles was man sich wünscht. Was mir persönlich gefehlt hat war der typische griechische Bergtee oder auch einfach ein Kräutertee. Das Personal beim Frühstück war super nett und flink. Lieben Dank dafür 🥰

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Mythica-Zimmer gebucht, darin sind einige Zusatzleistungen enthalten. Leider waren einige nicht bei Anreise vorhanden. Wie z. Bsp. Bademantel, Kaffeekapseln und Badetasche. Das musste man sich erst mühsam an der meist Englisch sprechenden Rezeption anfordern. Die Blumen fehlten auch, aber was soll’s 😁

Cons:

Lite slitet, personal verkade lite trötta. Städpersonal var slarviga, glömde fylla på kaffepods, mjölk osv. Inte rent efter morgonstäd. Fitness/gym behöver verkligen uppdateras och utrustas bättre. Usch

Номер чистый и более-менее современный

Cons:

Очень громко играла испанская музыка в лобби,для 5-и звездочного отеля это странно,хотелось бы чего-то более спокойного,атмосферного типа лаунж,вечером заказали чай принесли дешевый pickwik,ну как-то тоже совсем печально для отеля который позиционирует себя 5-ой

Great location
Pros:

Great location - on probably the best part of the beach yet an easy walk into the old town. Beach club was great - never any problem getting a sun lounger.
Breakfast food was good with a reasonable selection. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Parking an absolute nightmare. Dining room badly laid out - food serveries too close together - always a fight to get at food.. Beds very uncomfortable.

Pros:

The location is perfect - near the beach and the Old Town, so you don’t have to choose between relaxing and exploring!
Our room was quite spacious with almost all necessary facilities.
The staff is super friendly, our flight was delayed and we arrived after the midnight, and the receptionist let us directly in the room and said we can complete check-in in the morning 🙏 that was super nice of him
The breakfast is good, but I would not say it is a 5-star level breakfast - only few dishes were changed on daily basis
Welcome pack was very nice and delicious
The great thing is shopper for the beach towels, super useful

Cons:

Unfortunately, I would not say that the price was reasonable, there are still many things that should be managed
- the first day I asked for the iron in the room via phone, we have been waiting for 5 hours, did not get it and after the second call and next 40 minutes we finally got it
- our room did not have blackout curtains, but you can’t turn off the light in the balcony and that night was awful. The next day I saw that other rooms have blackout curtains and asked the reception to manage it. We received it immediately, but shouldn’t cleaning staff check if everything is in the room?
- the first cleaning was fantastic, but next days it became worse and worse. From the third day we stopped receiving hand towels, for example. Maybe the staff was hoping for more tips, I don’t know. But this is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.
- the coffee for breakfast was only instant… only instant coffee in a 5-star hotel, yes
- the beach is free for hotel guests, but if you want to lay in first 2 rows you have to pay 15 euros
-the spa is tiny, inner pool was unheated and cold. The gym is located in the same space as the pool, so the humidity is high, it smells chlorine and all the facilities are in rust
-the entertainment is boring and held place in a small place
-and many AI posters everywhere

Cons:

Bardzo wolno działa WiFi. W pokoju była maszyna do robienia kawy, ale naboje z kawą trzeba kupować w recepcji. W pierwszym dniu gościnnie byli wystawione mała butelka wina i jedna butelka wody. Na następny dzień butelki wody już nie dali - w recepcji powiedzieli że ta butelka była na cały tydzień naszego pobytu. Kiedy zamawiałem, to zaznaczyłem że chcę jedno duże łóżko i otrzymałem potwierdzenie. W rezultacie byli dwa łóżka które non stop odsuwali się od siebie. I to hotel 5*!!!

Perfect hotel with supportive staff. The private beach is just across the road, which is very slightly inconvenient. The city center is nearby - just about 20 minutes by foot. Comfortable beds.

Больше не приедем в этот отель. Есть намного лучшие отели в Ретимно за меньшие деньги.

Хорошие завтраки, уборка номера

Cons:

Отсутствие парковки, парковку для машины можно искать 40-50 минут. Постоянный канализации в номере, нет нормального душа в ванной, нет большого зеркала и места для макияжа. Платные лежаки в первых двух рядах, на которых никто не лежал. Это просто позор. Ужасный сервис на пляже. Кофе очень плохого качества даже в баре.

la colazione era fantastica, la posizione era fantastica.

Cons:

Personale molto gentile, ma per un'albergo a 5 stelle in cui non c'è nessuno che parla Italiano e /o Spagnolo è un pò grave.
Le pulizie non erano eccezionali, infatti dovevamo dire di pulire la macchina del caffè, di lasciare le cialde, di pulire il balcone esterno, poichè quando tornavamo da mare inevitabilmente un pò di sabbia te la portavi dietro.
