Pros:

Some of the KINDEST employees we've ever encountered. Especially Sherry at the breakfast bar- she is so helpful and friendly. Rooms were good, pool was nice, location was convenient.

Pros:

I loved the property all the way down to the towels. The issue was I booked another room since my daughter was coming. I went to the front desk to inform them and everything was good. Housekeeping knocked on the door and opened it before I could get to it. She apologized and I explained the situation and she said ok. The hotel phone rang and it was front desk telling me I had to check out of my room then and come back at 3. I was shocked and asked a few questions got my stuff and left. At 3 when I came back I was advised I was blocked from checking in and needed to find somewhere else to stay.

Great Extended Stay Hotel

Great extended stay hotel with an excellent staff. Sparkling clean, comfortable beds and pillows, nice pool and descent breakfast.

I just wanna give a special shout out to Mrs. Amina M. She was such a pleasure. She was so very helpful thru the whole trip. I will definitely be staying again!

Pros:

Nothing special it was just a room

Cons:

The picture are not doing justice for what they show online and the rooms were small and not much space to move around in and I didn’t and the toilets are too low to the ground for a tall person it so terrible

Pros:

I liked the comfort of the bed.

Cons:

The room smelled musty in the living room area. We had to spray air freshener which did not help. I think the carpet need cleaning. There was a small bug crawling on my bed. I do not think it was a bed bug. The night stand had not been wiped down. There was someone else's Ballon floating on the ceiling. The bathroom floor looked like it had not been mopped. I do not think it was urine stains but I kept my shower shoes on walking in the room. The staff was amazing.
