Not as good as it usually is.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, always is. Always smells clean. It's quiet and a good place to relax.

Cons:

We checked in, went to our room and it smelled like something had died in the room. It was in the kitchen in the garbage disposal. The coffee pot was dirty with dried coffee in the bottom. So they moved us to another room.
Seemed that the front desk person was sick or not feeling well which is not good. No body wants to go on a trip and get sick from their stay. Would have been nice to have been compensated someway for the trouble with the room

It was a good stay for the time we needed
Pros:

I love that it was close to everything. It was very convenient for me to travel with kids and to get it the university of Arkansas for graduation

Cons:

The room we were in was older. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it and a little outdated

Convenient location
Pros:

Great location and comfortable sized suites. Walkable to Reynolds arena.

Cons:

Breakfast was inedible - they messed up tater tots which shouldn’t even be possible - and the coffee in the room was pretty bad. The gym is really small for a “suite” hotel that you might stay at more than a night or two. No houeskeeping on the weekends.
