We liked our stay at this hotel, in particular the position and the staff
Pros:

Excellent location near the ferries at the promenade, staff very friendly, good beds, good breakfast, clean room.

Cons:

Only one small elevator available, bathroom needs renovation.

Zaniedbany hotel w świetnej lokalizacji i z pięknym widokiem.
Pros:

Jedyne co mi się podobało to lokalizacja, blisko restauracji przystanków autobusowych. Piękny widok z balkonu.

Cons:

Ten hotel absolutnie nie ma 3 gwiazdek. Zaraz na wejściu zwróciłam uwagę na firankę w recepcji, która była prawie czarna od kurzu i podobny poziom "czystości" był w pokojach. Pokój rodem z lat 90, czas się zatrzymał w tym hotelu. Czystość w pokoju i łazience pozostawiają wiele do życzenia. W budynku były dwie windy do przewozu max. 3os. z czego działała tylko jedna i też się zacinała. Bardzo skromne śniadania, z tak małym wyborem sera, wędlin jeszcze się nie spotkałam w hotelu. Nie wiem jak to możliwe, że w tak świetnej lokalizacji może funkcjonować tak zaniedbany obiekt.

Perfect location and friendly team
Pros:

Initially I thought the rooms bit small, but it had every thing I needed including a kettle, hairdryer and a television and of course en suite. The only let down was the window had no view it literally opened to a what appeared to be a barrier so I could only see a small bit of sky, that said I wasn't in the room much and I got what I booked a single room. The reception team were great,friendly and helpful 10 out of 10 to them.

Cons:

I guess it would have been lovely to see the amazing view when I opened the window but it did not impact my stay. The hotels location is amazing, yes it could do with a little tlc in places but it's spotless and that's the main thing .
