Ikaros Hotel

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was conveniently close to Fira. However, the room had a strange smell, and the bathroom was very small with an awkward design — the open shower caused water to spill everywhere. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing, and we had to check out two days early. It was also unfair that the property manager refused to offer even a partial refund.

Atendimento familiar é excelente, nos deu mapa, dicas, nos ajudar com a mudança do horário do nosso ferry. Café da manhã bom, fica a 20 min da estação central de ônibus, mas há um ponto de ônibus a menos de 6 min do hotel. Voltaria com certeza a este hotel e recomendaria. Único porém é o box do banheiro que poderia ser maior, e realmente mau projetado é pequeno.

El personal de recepción fue muy amable con nosotros, y atendió una petición especial.
Desayuno continental, habitaciones espaciosas con aire acondicionado con mobiliario un poco anticuado. Pero no quita que la experiencia haya sido buena. Cuenta con parking para huéspedes cerca del hotel.

Really nice hotel with nice staff

A good budget option for Santorini. Close to Thira and the airport. They have a car park close to the hotel and there is a souvenir shop selling basic items around the corner.

L’hébergement était bien en général. Les lits très confortables. Par contre, très mal isolé donc on entend pratiquement tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs. La fonctionnalité de la salle de bain est à revoir. L’emplacement est bien pour les déplacements.

Dalle recensioni, pensavo meglio. Colazione scarsa, bagno che si allagava con le docce, causa tendina inutile, tv che non funzionava. Di positivo la pulizia, cambio asciugamani quasi giornaliero, la vista mare dal terrazzino.

Imposible to shower, extemely small , water splashes all over. Door pushes floor mat , it is worthless for its purpose. Taking a shower was a nightmare.Personal was extremely friendly and helpful.

Friendly hotel. Very nice, friendly, helpful staff. There is a fridge in the room but no kettle. We asked the staff for a kettle and cutlery and they lent us some for the rest of our stay. We were able to borrow whatever we wanted from the kitchen utensils.

We spent two weeks here, breakfast is available but we only used it once during our stay. Quite a poor selection but that didn't bother us as we like to sleep late and had breakfast at a nearby bakery.

The mattresses could be more comfortable but we put blankets under them and slept comfortably. The bedding was changed quite often as were the towels. We thought daily cleaning was unnecessary but apparently that is the hotel's policy. Quiet air conditioning in the room. Very polite cleaning ladies!

We recommend the hotel for both a short break and a longer stay.

Parfaitement situé avec un accès à 5min à pied de l’arrêt de bus permettant de se déplacer un peu partout.
Personnel très accueillant, petit déjeuner largement convenable pour un prix vraiment correct.
Je suis resté 1 semaine, aucun regret.

Very nice and friendly small hotel. Rooms clean. Great staff. Basic hotel if you just need a place to sleep. Breakfast was the same every morning, some bread and cheese etc. They could add some tomatoes and cucumber etc to it. But im satisfied and would book this hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ikaros Hotel. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful when we arrived. She explained what public transport was available to us and gave us recommendations for areas to visit, which helped us so much in knowing how to get around Santorini easily. The location was peaceful and quiet, a 20 minute walk/5 minute bus drive from the city center (Fira). They provided free breakfast from 8-10 am with the hotel booking, and it was a simple continental breakfast (bread, yogurt, cereal, etc) but it all tasted great and was very convenient!

Séjour inoubliable à Santorin. L’hôtel Ikaros est proche de Fira et à quelques minutes de l’arrêt de bus qui nous permet de se déplacer partout sur l’île.
