Pros:

観光地に近く、聖マリア教会やカジミエシュ地区、チャルトリスキ美術館 など全て徒歩で行くことができました。お部屋の内装はとても可愛らしく、ホテルでの滞在がとても楽しかったです。これまで滞在したヨーロッパのホテルではあまり見かけなかったのですが、このホテルではスリッパやケトルがありました。また、日本語を話すスタッフの方がおり、たまたま滞在中にお会いすることができました。とても嬉しかったです！また泊まりたいホテルです:)

Cons:

ホテルのシステムを私がうまく理解していなかったのかも知れませんが、タオル交換がなされておらず、新しいタオルが用意されていませんでした。フロントの方に頼むと、新しいものを部屋に持って行くということでしたが、結局こなかったです。使ったタオルは回収されていたので、シャワーの際には自分のタオルを使いました。たまたま忘れられていたのかなと思います。戸惑ったのはそれくらいで、全体的には満足した滞在で、スタッフの方々も優しかったです。

Over all it was a great break and the points above wouldn't stop us returning.
Pros:

Breakfast was good plenty of choice.
The rooms were comfortable.
The location was good close to everything.
The reception staff were very good especially the young lady who greeted us on arrival and organised our taxis on Monday night she was always helpful,friendly and cheerful anytime we spoke to her or needed help we can't praise her enough.

Cons:

There was a constant smell in the bathrooms ? drains but if you left the extractor on it cleared.
We were a party of 6 and had to ask for the tables to be moved every morning so that we could sit together for breakfast.The last time we stayed this was already arranged.
We returned from a long day of sight seeing and as it was a lovely day wanted to sit outside and asked reception if we could have tea/coffee but were told we couldn't but there were facilities in our rooms this is the first time we have stayed in a hotel where this service wasn't available to guests.

Eleganta si finete
Pros:

Designul hotelului, cu atentia la detalii te poarta intr-un timp al elegantei si frumosului. A fost perfect pentru un sejur in orasul care imbie la cunoasterea trecutului tumultuos, cu bune si rele.Micul dejun a fost deosebit si care a intrunit toate cerintele noastre. De asemene, personalul hotelului este foarte amabil si cu zambetul pe buze permanent. Multumesc managementului pentru bunul gust si buna organizare.O sa recomand cu drag celor apropiati mie.

Zdecydowanie hotel nie spełnia standardu hotelu 5-gwiazdkowego. Mimo tego, polecam.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Cicho i spokojnie, a jednocześnie kilka minut do Starego Rynku. Wszędzie bardzo blisko. To największy atut hotelu.
Bardzo miła obsługa na recepcji.

Cons:

Śniadanie zdecydowanie nie spełniło moich oczekiwań. Niezbyt urozmaicone, na ciepło jedynie jajecznica, jajko sadzone i kiełbasa pokrojona w plastry. Nie uzupełniano półmisków, więc musiałam zadowolić się 2 plasterkami pomidora.

Również nie jest to standard hotelu 5 - gwiazdkowego. Widoczny jest już ząb czasu, ale wystrój przyjemny. Czysto, codziennie sprzątane. Z pewnością pokoje nie są dźwiękoszczelne.
