Good hotel in nice location
Pros:

My one bedroom apartment was large. New decor, comfortable beds. My only complaint is that the floor was a little dusty.

Miscommunication got to pay breakfast fo extra pax
Pros:

Upon check in was told i hv to pay breakfast for extra pax even though i booked n paid extra for all with breakfast. Toilet door spoilt, cannot be open, response was fast n they changed lock. Also fix another toilet door difficult to close. Breakfast was good but we do not want to pay breakfast everyday for extra pax due to Miscommunication between agent n hotel, location was also good. Hope to hear good news from hotel.com

Pros:

We booked 2 rooms and 1 of the room is really smelly. Report to the front and they have the housekeeper spray some Ecolab try to clear out the smell , once they sprayed, it’s clear out but later the day smell come back, did report again and look like no one can handle or willing to exchange another room for us. Also the other room, the dryer didn’t work, a lot of wear and tears. building was old but acceptable.

Not the best staff try hard
Pros:

The room stunk like smoke soon as we walked in. Nothing like the photo on Hotel.com. Warn down and old looking. One advantage not to be totally negative was the location was great. Besides a good shopping centre for all Mahony brands
Oh don’t get the breakfast package you better off eating from the street than what they provide

hai・・・ここは滞在型で部屋はかなり広く良かった。キッチンもあり、6日間に二度ほど調理でゆっくり食べれました。ただ備え付けの包丁が刃があまりよくなく切れなかった。時折研いでほしい。
近くにはスーパーも有難うございます。便利でした。地下鉄の駅も二つあり便利でした。朝の食事はまあ70点かな？少しはmainの食材を変えるとbetterかと。以上です。
