Pros:

Good location very close to the public beaches, and very close to the mangrove park. They are working on the place and it's obvious that it's improving everyday. I liked the welcome drink. The staff was really sweet. There's a couple of restaurants in the complex. Highlight is the pool area. The garden/pool is so gorgeous. I slept really well.

Great location for one night, if you want to go to Isla mujeres next
Pros:

Close to what we needed - ferry!
Pool is amazing
Breakfast is decent!! Has a lot of Mexican food which is great!

Next to ferry that takes you to Isla mujeres! Great bonus!

Great bar and staff!

Cons:

I think we got the worst room! Some rooms are newer and refurbished but we got old /with leaking boiler and dirty walls :/

Fotos não condizem com realidade . O quarto mais barato era muito velho é sujo. Móveis antigos, paredes suja. Entrada somente após 15h

La ubicación es excelente, llegas rápido al centro igual a la zona hotelera, hay restaurante tienda, oxxo cerca

Cons:

Que no tuviera refrigerador porque compras refrescos y no los podia mantener frío, la habitación no es igual al de la foto descanse si pero debería poner la foto acorde a la selección de habitación

Es un excelente hotel por su ubicación y relación precio calidad
Pros:

Todo cerca a la zona hotelera, buena atención, buena comida

Cons:

El horario del desayuno , 7 am y generalmente los tour te ponen horario sobre las 6:45 am

Disappointment in staff
Pros:

The property was nice especially the pool area and bar

Cons:

Upon check in, I was overcharged for the eco fee and when I went back to confront the worker on reception, he apologized and gave me some back however I do not think it was enough. Very discouraging as it was evident he was ripping me off as I was charged more than any other hotels

Nos gusto en general pero hubieron cosas un poco negativas

Me gustó mucho el desayuno, la piscina, la limpieza diaria de las habitaciones, la ubicación

Cons:

El aire no funciono del todo la primera noche, tuvimos que insistir un par de veces para que lo fueran a arreglar.
Y a mis amigas se les perdió dinero de sus billeteras que quedaron en el cuarto del hotel mientras salíamos todo el dia.
