De beaux espaces et une équipe à l'écoute, mais insonorisation et gestion des serviettes à revoir.
Pros:

Espaces agréables, nettoyage de la chambre journalier, espace piscine/bar restauration toujours très agréable. Personnel à l'écoute malgré la barrière de la langue. en fin de séjour, nous faisions partie du petit nombre de vacanciers qui séjournaient encore dans l'hôtel. Près des commodités restauration, superette, pLage Langosta pas trop loin à pied

Cons:

La gestion des serviettes et l'insonorisation. Au cours des deux jours passés dans l'hôtel, nous étions trois dans la chambre et il manquait une serviette. Si le premier jour, on nous l'a fournie immédiatement, la situation s'est répétée le lendemain et a été plus compliquée. La dame de service semblait plus soucieuse de garder assez de linge pour ses autres chambres que de répondre à notre besoin immédiat. Elle nous a fait patienter sans délai précis alors que nous en avions besoin de suite, nous obligeant finalement à descendre à l'accueil pour en récupérer une. Par ailleurs, nous avons constaté un manque flagrant d'insonorisation durant notre séjour. Le voisin d'à côté mettait sa télévision un peu fort, et nous avons subi des bruits de travaux dans l'hôtel au cours de ces deux jours. C'était très désagréable alors que nous souhaitions simplement nous reposer dans notre chambre.

Lo mejor es la relación calidad precio. Esta muy bien ubicado, justo frente al ferry para ir a Isla Mujeres, el personal fue muy amable, nos gustó mucho!

Pros:

La ubicación es buena justo al frente del Ferry a Isla Mujeres. Tiene restaurantes y supermercados muy cerca.
El área de piscina es muy bonita.
Muy buen servicio al cliente, muy atentos.

Okay place near the beach
Pros:

Location was okay, but access to the beach was a half mile walk. Wifi was good (240D/170U). Nice pool. Decent restaurants nearby.

Cons:

No in-room coffee or kettle. Construction all around, making the room quite noisy until 6:00 pm. At night, a spotlight shines directly on the room. Bring binder clips to keep the curtails closed so the light isn't blaring in.
