Boris and Yesica were amazing staff. whether related to food, drink, assistance with the shuttle bus for skiing, they were so so helpful.
both deserve our gratitude. they made our stay excellent.
a really pleasant enjoyable palce.
we're going back again.

Das Hotel strahlt eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre aus in allen Belangen, Zimmer, Speisen, Service, Wellness, Sportmöglichkeiten und die Umgebung. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.... eigene Erfahrung sammeln !

The hotel is really nice , the rooms from modern up to Austrian style . We only went two days there for a short couple holiday. First night we had strange sounds coming from an other room or place in the house , after talking 2 Times to the night service - which is the owner he came and gave us a different room . We had to move at 00.30 in the morning cause we could not sleep with the sound happening every hour. The owner was not really happy that he had to come , cause he was on a big festival where he had some duty. Not really a sorry more an excuse - you came in a busy weekend - why did you not tell earlier - almost like making you feel bad for calling him . I had better service from his staff than him . The room was an upgrade but the whole way it was handled was not really customer - first like . Short two days with a disappointing first day weak excuses . The food and service in the restaurant is good - from 20.30 on now one is on the reception and you have to call a number if there is a problem , which I did a number of times and did not get straight away someone . It was nice but I would not more go there because of the experience we had with the owner at night . Sad and not soo good first time experience, I am a business owner too , I would not treat my customers like that .

We really loved this hotel. They have all kinds of amenities, including a spectacular spa, several saunas, bowling alley, electric bikes, and an expensive fitness room. The staff was very kind and helpful. I have food, allergies, and they created a whole three course meal special for me each night.

La qualité n’est pas à la hauteur:buffet dîner et petit déjeuner bas de gamme.
Pas de bouteille d’eau et pas de climatisation dans la chambre.
Joli cadre mais mauvais rapport qualité prix!

Leider sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Ein paar Renovierungen/auffrischungen wären nötig. Saunabetrieb erst ab 12 uhr mittags, frühstück war ok aber beim brot merkte man das es nicht frisch ist (fertig geschnittenes brot). Hotel liegt am stark befahrener strasse

Leider wirklich enttäuschend! Das Hotel hat seine guten Zeiten hinter sich! Die gesamte Anlage ist veraltet und das Servicepersonal frustriert und unprofessionell. Das Frühstück ist lieblos angerichtet, der Kaffee schmeckt nach Automatenkaffee und die Kellner verfügen über absolut kein Wissen über Wein oder anderer essentieller Dinge der Gastronomie. Einzig die Beauty-Behandlungen sind zu empfehlen!

Schönes Hotel. Reichhaltiges Buffet morgens und abends. Sehr gute Halbpension.

Although we asked both 2 days we stayed in the hotel for hot water, there was none when we arrived from the slope. After the arrival we had houskeeper’s hair in bed which was disgusting. Only the food was really good. Our recommendation for this hotel: buy their food and rent a caravan!

Schönes Hotel. Schönes Ski-Gebiet. Sehr nettes Personal. WLAN überall und auf jedem Zimmer. Leider zu Spitzenzeiten etwas unterdimensioniert. Schönes Spa für nach dem Skifahren. Und eine Aussicht...

Beeindruckende Anlage mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge

Sehr großer und sauberer Wellnessbereich. Tolles Essen, Alles Top! Etwas merkwürdig und eines Wellnesshotels unwürdig allerdings die Raucherbereiche bei beiden vorhandenen Bars. Das vermiest einem den Abend.

Nicht weit von Mandling (dem Halbzeit-Stop beim Stoneman Taurista) gelegen, perfektes Kuchenbuffet und Abendessen, super Erholungsmöglichkeit im Spa

여자친구와 렌트카여행을 했습니다. 정말 동화같은 풍경을자랑했습니다 . 긴여정 여행을하면선 하루정도는 정말 아름다운곳에서 하루 힐링을 하고가보자 하며 예약하고 간 호텔입니다 . 진짜 이뻐요,하루종일 호텔 정원 벤치에 앉아서 정말 푸르고 끝도안보이는 알프스 풍경을 감상하며 하루를 보냈는데 그냥 진짜 뭐래야하지 구름위에 여자친구와 산책하는 기분이였어요 . 하지만 밥은 진짜 맛없어요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 주차는 무료구요 아주 넓어요 주차장 방에 에어컨도 없어요 하지만 알프스산맥에 위차해서 바람이 아주 시원해요 기분좋은바람... 근데 밥은 진짜 맛없어요 , 음 ,,,,정말 한번 정도는 와볼만한곳이에요 . 밥은 진짜 맛없어요 .

Although the hotel price seemed quite high at first, once we factored in the amazing food (breakfast, afternoon cake and coffee, and dinner) spa, free shuttle to the train and ski resort, the price was well worth it! The hotel takes you back in time, with lots of Austrian charm, it almost feels like you are staying in a museum. The staff are very helpful and kind. The location is great - right across the way from a few different ski resorts, which is what we were there for. Staying at Hotel Pichlmayrgut was really a treat, and we will keep the memories dear.
