Pros:

The location is great, house keeping personal was great (everyday there were doing the room bravo :)
Lady in the reception (the one who was in duty during day-time from the morning (07.00 till 15.00) she was really very helpful about everything.Thank You again for her all helps and guidance.

Cons:

Some receptionists may be more helpful (except the lady during day-time :)

Disappointing as not as advertised
Pros:

No restaurant or bar open as advertised… mattress was super hard and no duvet… pillows hard too… pool good but not heated so ice cold

The room was bigger than expected, which was nice.

Cons:

Temperature is controlled centrally, so the A/C unit only blew hot air. In order for the room to not be stifling, we were obliged to keep the window (that is, the balcony door) open... Which is not good for security, or for mosquitos. Also, the vent fan in the bathroom did not function.
