Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. Upon arrival, we were given a room with a broken door lock, which required immediate replacement. Unfortunately, that was just the start of a series of issues.

The new room had no towels available. When we requested some, we were told to collect them ourselves from the reception as no staff member could bring them to the room — a level of service far below what should be expected. We also requested an iron, which was provided without an ironing board because, according to staff, they didn’t have any available.

Things worsened when we tried to use the air conditioning. It ran for only a few minutes before shutting off completely. Although we asked for assistance, the staff sent someone clearly unqualified, who simply reset the circuit breaker — resulting in only a temporary fix that lasted another few minutes. When we requested a proper solution, such as a room change or partial refund, we received no response.

As a result, we were forced to spend the night in an uncomfortably hot room without working air conditioning, in an area too noisy to leave the windows open.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The lack of basic amenities, poor service, and unresponsive staff made our stay incredibly unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons:

Odada resim görseli gibi sabun şampuan yoktu,duvara asılı doldurmalı sabunlukdan vardı.Ayrıca havuz için havluyu ücretli olarak satıyorlar , havuzlu bir otelin havluyu misafirine temin etmesi gerekir .Temizliği iyi değildi .resepsiyonda 1 çalışan oluyor ve soru sormak için sırada bekliyor insanlar.

Pros:

Sijainti oli oikein hyvä. Kaikki palvelut ja ranta olivat lähellä. Sänky oli hyvä ja ilmastointi juuri sopiva. Parveke oli tosi iso.

Konumu çok güzel, otel olanakları çok düşük
Pros:

Konumu çok iyiydi. Merkeze oldukça yakın olması hemen hemen her yere yürüyerek gitmemizi sağladı. Çalışan sayısı yetersiz olsa da ilgilenen kişiler memnuniyet odaklıydı. Havuz küçük ama güzel ancak sabah saatlerinde sakin oluyor. Öğlen saatlerinde tercih ederseniz kalabalıktan muhtemelen giremezsiniz.

Cons:

Ekstra hiçbir hizmeti yoktu. Hatta airbnb den hiç bir farkı yoktu diyebiliriz. Odanın içinde bulunan dolapta su bile yoktu ve odadaki kasayı kullanmak istediğimizde ekstra ücret istendi. Verdikleri oda terlikleri çok kalitesizdi, defalarca istememize rağmen verilen terliklerin hepsi yırtık çıktı ve kullanamadık. Otelin arkasında barlar sokağı olduğu için sabaha kadar yüksek sesler vardı. Uyku konusunda hassasiyeti olanlar tercih etmememesi gerekebilir. Otelin fiyat bandında airbnb bulursanız orayı tercih edin, daha geniş ve rahat olacaktır.
