Great room. location, and price.
Albeit I arrived early right before 6AM, I had to get out twice to find the valet. The front desk told me I had to pay cash for the valet. The valet said otherwise. Additionally, I asked if there was a room available to check-in and was told no and there would be no house keepers in until 9am. I preceded to wait in the lobby and then 15 mins later the front desk decided to check an found an available room and checked me in which I appreciated bc I was having a medical procedure done across the street and didn't want to have to check in later.
Clean, quiet, comfortable... The staff is polite and helpful. Spacious room. Location is good. They give you a voucher for the breakfast at the cafe on the ground floor. The cafe have a few breakfast options which were satisfactory.

How accessible it was to downtown and how clean it was.
I had no complaints about the hotel itself,but the door greeter/holders didn’t do their job very well.

Elevator broke going to main floor, hard for me to use stairs because if my knee. They never gave a second option

Weird perfume/air freshener , something made me sneeze.
Nice clean and has a good view
It’s a little confusing to get to the front desk because the first lobby is a complete restaurant so you have to take the elevator to the main lobby upstairs. And also the bar being closed at 10 pm is definitely not convenient because I we have to beg to get a drink because we were at the bar a little after 10 pm and they were another couple that wanted to get some drinks too but was unable.
