Would stay here again - with early plugs or maybe a white noise machine.
Pros:

Location, price, suite

Cons:

Staff made me feel like a burden (I’m not, if anything, I go out of my way not to bother them), it was very loud all night - street noise (sirens and car horns) even on the 23rd floor. Then, in addition, the elevator - which was four rooms away, was clearly audible all night.

Good value and high degree of comfort for the price and location
Pros:

Great size, super cozy bed and pillows, cozy lighting, great location

Cons:

No microwave, very little space in mini fridge for personal items, knob was missing on showerhead so once I switched it to the handheld I couldn’t switch it back but probably not uniformly an issue elsewhere.

Awful and heartless
Pros:

Not much. We had booked rooms but had to no show cancel due to a medical emergency with my father out of state. The property did nothing to refund our stay and made a difficult situation worse. I wouldn’t stay at the property nor recommend them to anyone.

Cons:

See above. They decided 400 dollars was more important to them than being decent and cutting my family a break in a dire and scary time. Terrible business ethics.
