Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff
Clean, close to everything in downtown Chicago. There is an amazing restaurant in the building. The staff are the beat I have ever encountered when traveling. I will always stay here when I am in Chicago

La cama está totalmente vencida las habitaciones son viejas Carece de buen wifi Para un hotel que pague 700 dólares la noche realmente es un horror.No tiene un lobby donde tomar algo. El desayuno es en un lugar público donde si hay mesas reservadas de fuera tienes que esperar. No funcionó el l televisor durante 4 días La habitación si no pides que te la hagan específicamente te la terminan limpiando a las 3 de la tarde
I had high hopes for this hotel. It’s in a great location and the room is nice with large windows. Housekeeping was done daily and very well.
Unfortunately the TV did not work and despite numerous contacts with the front staff, it was never fixed during our 4 day stay. We wanted to watch the World Cup when we were back at our room, but had to do that on our laptop. Not ideal. The staff did not offer any alternative or compensation. I’m also pretty sure there were bedbugs as both my partner and I woke up with bites on our faces.

Location. The room. The fluffy towels. Fast elevators. Views. Staff.
Couldn’t open the balcony doors to get some fresh air. Pillows were too squishy.
The location was walkable distance to many restaurants, local attractions and the lakefront.
Very noisy.. poor sound damping. I was awakened every morning by the guests next door laughing, screaming, talking in the middle of the night and early morning. About every 25 - 40 minutes, the police cruisers were having a symphony of their alarms screeching down the street below.
The television didn't work 80% of the time of my stay and would default back to ABC no matter what channel I had on when it was connected to the Internet and functioning.

Parking was a breeze and affordable! Perfect location for walking to shops and great views!
No microwave in room or safe and curtains need to be replaced because they don’t cover windows fully at night. Bathroom door was a barn style and was about 4 inches open when fully closed.
