The Manager & waiter in La Provence Restaurant were so lovely to us, it was my mother's 82nd birthday and they made a fuss of her. The service was very good & food delicious. Breakfast there was lovely also.
When I was having problems finding the hotel I rang & whoever answered was quite rude to me & not at all helpful. I was suprised as I had stayed in the hotel three times previously & staff were always so nice.
Also our room was under a function room & a wedding on so quite noisy, I had my elderly mother away for a birthday treat so she found it hard to sleep.

Navigation our way to the room via two different elevators was a bit complicated
Room was spotless and stunning and the staff were honestly SUPER, especially at reception. So helpful.
Wow! By far the nicest place we stayed at on our trip and it was one of the least expensive. Wonderful experience. The room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff were great.
I liked it all. Lovely staff. I arrived late the first night and the manager at the front desk was so helpful and he has a lovely way about him. I felt at home as soon as he signed me in. It is a very relaxing place. You have everything to hand. I asked for a room with a shower as I have a bad foot as such struggle with mobility. My room was cosy and quiet. I did not have breakfast but had a little something in the cafe. You have all the shops nearby which was great . The free car parking is great and to know the car is safe. All in all a great stay and will return . All the staff were so helpful and professional .
The food in the cafe was lovely. It was really busy and it was great to see the local people meet up there.

As noted I got to the hotel late and the manager could not have been nicer and the lady I spoke to .
