Staff at reception need to do better!
Pros:

The gentleman in the restaurant was excellent and the dinner was delicious. The staff in the bar and at the reception during night duty were very good.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor as the selection of food was not topped up for the last 30 minutes before it finished. When we arrived at the hotel our room was not ready and it was 4 pm! We did not receive and apology but was asked to wait for the room to be cleaned. We received a key about 10 minutes later, no coffee or tea was offered or indeed a simple apology for the delay. Very badly handled, as when check out time came we did not get an extension on that time by staying for an extra hour.

We had a lovely stay i enjoyed the swimming pool and gym, food was ok in the bar

Pure luxury
Pros:

The spacious luxury rooms, splendid cleanliness and ultra professional polite staff.

Cons:

No loose sprinkling sugar packets on ther table in the restaurant nor anywhere on the buffet. You cannot sprinkle a cube of sugar on cereal. Also, poor watter pressure in the showers.
