Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Foreign business travelers who require an invoice under the name of your company, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Check in: 15:00 pm (early check-in after 10:00 am is 50% of the rate and before 10:00 am it is 100% of the rate and includes breakfast.
Check Out: 12:00 pm (late check-out between 12:30 pm - 18:00 pm is 50% of the rate and from 18:00 pm 100% of the rate.
Additional breakfast has a supplement of USD 10.

Clearly this is not a 4 stars hotel using any standard I know.

The company that manages the apartment Inca Inn is totally useless. Their staff does not listen to the concerns and they just keep repeating the same thing over and over.
I called twice for needed repairs, the lights in one room were not working and the shower door was off track and you’d hardly close it. They never sent anyone. They asking me to take videos and sent to them.
The WiFi only worked in the living room. As soon as you went in the bedrooms it was gone.
The information on my booking indicated that as a USA citizen I did not have to pay the VAT Peruvian taxes They refused to follow Peruvian law which says that if you have been in the country less than 59 days you are exempt of this tax, which I was. I should receive a refund for this tax paid.
The shower door and tiles had mold. And the shower head was covered with rust and the water hardly came out.
The furniture was old and the dining chairs were dirty and full of stains. Walls need cleaning.
The apartment is in a nice location but their present condition does not go with the area or the money they charge for it. It should be taken down booking com until is met the proper standards.

El desayuno, la pieza muy vieja, el jacuzzi malisimo, no nos hacian la habitación. La piscina no tiene espacio para instalarse, es super oscura y está ensima literal del restaurant ademas de qur es muy pequeña

L’ascenseur donne mal de tête - le jaccuzzi est froid et n’est réserva le qu’une heure sur le séjour - le sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas bien - tout est vieillot
