Check in: 15:00 pm (early check-in after 10:00 am is 50% of the rate and before 10:00 am it is 100% of the rate and includes breakfast.
Check Out: 12:00 pm (late check-out between 12:30 pm - 18:00 pm is 50% of the rate and from 18:00 pm 100% of the rate.
Additional breakfast has a supplement of USD 10.
Additional adults over 12 years old are considered: USD 20.00 (additional charge per night)
We accept pets (dogs or cats) the maximum weight cannot exceed 12 kg, pet friendly reservations can only be made through the reservations department (the cost of the pet is not included in the rate).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Do atendimento do funcionário, que nos deu toda atenção quando passamos mal por causa da altitude e doa quartos bem arrumados e limpos. O café da manhã era simples, mas ideal para se evitar muita comida de manhã.
O local do café ser no quarto andar e ter que subir a escada e as cortinas não vedarem a claridade do corredor
A localização é excelente e no final do dia tem lanche de cortesia para os hóspedes se confraternizarem
O chuveiro do meu quarto caia pouca água, mas nos quartos das amigas era excelente
la gran atención desde que entré hasta que salí. Por cuestiones de tiempo e itinerario soolo pude estar horas. Sin embargo, al tener que salir muy temprano y poder disfrutar del desayuno buffet me armaron un mini lunch para llevar. (:

Nous n'avons même pas eu le temps de nous installer que nous avons annulé le séjour dans cet hôtel. Les photos ne correspondent pas, les chambres sont petites, les draps et tailles d'oreillers sentent l'usée (le gras du corps) cela est très désagréable. Nous avions demandé un linge pour les mains et la personne de la réception nous a répondu que la chambre avec le tarif que nous avons pris ne prend pas en compte le linge des mains. Je n'ai jamais vu cela dans un hôtel 4*. C'est vieux, les murs sont sales.
El desayuno buffet demasiado básico para ser un hotel de una categoría como la que dice que tiene. El personal de recepción pésima atención, hubieron solo dos personas de restaurante la atención increíble.
La ubicación del hotel está en el centro de Miraflores, está bien, pero si vas al aeropuerto el tráfico es impresionante. A salir con tiempo nada mas.
No me pareció que hayan entrada a mi habitación, a pesar que no solicité limpieza (Ojo no hicieron limpieza, solo dejaron toallas) Y se me perdió algo personal que hasta ahora no me responde el hotel que pasó.
Не убираются , белье вообще не меняют , если поймаешь уборщицу она уберется и заберет все ваши полотенца и новые не принесет пока вы их не попросите , воду и чай тоже не положат пока вы не попросите .

Todo bien con el alojamiento, he venido varias veces al hotel y me están cobrando el IVA pese a que soy ecuatoriano y acabo de llegar a LIMA, le indiqué eso al personal y mencionan q no estoy en los movimientos migratorios de Perú. El pago extra que estoy haciendo es de casi 62 dólares, le indiqué mi vuelo de QUITO- LIMA al recepcionista y a pesar de eso me cobró el IVA. Es injusto.
They charged me a tax despite the fact that I demonstrate that I wasn't a resident of Peru. They kept asking for a document that Peru 's IRS (SUNAT) didn't require in their website to demonstrate residency overseas.
La habitación estaba muy bonita.
La ventana de la habitación estaba muy sucia, no se podía tomar una foto de la vista por lo mismo.
Tiene jacuzzi pero se debía reservar y no nos informaron que se debía llamar a reservar.
