Not a five star hotel but well located, and generally ok
Pros:

Place, good transport, not far from the centre

Cons:

staff seemed incompetent. Cannot give you an invoice. Breakfast very late, breakfast is served, you cannot choose., It is certainly not a 5 star hotel, 3+. But the price was ok

Sejur de neuitat. Recomand cu caldura. Voi reveni cu drag, la viitoare vacanta la Praga.
Pros:

Locatie foarte buna, aproape de mijloace de transport in comun (tramvai, metrou) si de principalele obiective turistice. Multumesc pentru cadoul primit din partea hotelului (2 sedinte de masaj tailandez)

Prag ist eine schöne Stadt. Immer wieder
Pros:

Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Standort des Hotels ist sehr Zentral alles ist gut und schnell erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht abwechslungsreich. Die Bedienung erfolgte durch das Personal, deshalb sehr zeitintensiv.
Unser Zimmer befand sich zur Straße. Eine Fensteröffnung nachts war nicht möglich, da der Straßenlärm zu laut war.
Die Toreinfahrt zur Garage hatte eine breite von 2,15 Meter, Ohne Spiegel einklappen ging es nicht. Auch sollten ältere Gäste nicht in der 4 Etage wohnen. (schräge Wände im Bettbereich) Sie erhalten eine Flasche Champagner pro Aufenthalt laut Ankündigung durch Booking. Bekommen haben wir eine Flache Apfelsaftkonzentrat mit Kohlensäure. (siehe Bild)
Im TV gibt es nur Tschechische Sender.

Hotelul foarte cochet, camere curate,personal amabil, am întâmpinat unele probleme cu mașina și ne-am bucurat ca am primit ajutor de la personalul hotelier.

Totul a fost foarte bine !

Buen lugar para descansar
Pros:

Tranquilo, camas cómodas y habitaciones grandes , no está cerca del centro, pero a 5 minutos tienes tranvías

Cons:

La ducha resbalaba cuando salías, algo peligroso además no salía mucho caudal de agua, los mandos tanto de la TV como del satélite no funcionaban,, algo que me chocó mucho para ser un 5 estrellas

Wonderful and for a very good price.
Pros:

Lovely Staff, you get a complimentary drink on arrival. Love the interior and its clean.
Had a lovely massage by a man named Dimitri who was very accomodating and kind.

Helpful, friendly staff.

Cons:

We felt the breakfast was expensive for what was on offer. Bite size pastries and cheeses, tiny bowls of fruit and cereal. Omelette or fruit pancake or a waffle, all nicely presented but we felt it was not good value for money.

Ein tolles Wochenende in Prag in einem tollen Hotel
Pros:

Ein wunderbares kleines Hotel mit sehr viel Charme.
Die Ausstattung erinnert an eine hochherrschaftliche Residenz im Barock Stil.
Die Lage ist hervorragend. Wenige Minuten bis zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, mit denen man in kurzer Zeit bequem die Altstadt erreicht.
Das sehr freundliche Personal hat überzeugt. Danke dafür.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksangebot "ala Carte" war überschaubar.
Es war zwar mit Liebe zubereitet, hätte jedoch etwas mehr Auswahl erlaubt.
Auch war eine (1) Service Kraft mit den Bestellungen für mehr als 2 Personen überfordert.
Auch würde eine Kaffeemaschine für die Gäste die Situation entspannen.
