A beautiful and comfortable spot in Ortigia!
Pros:

The property is situated right on the water — it’s a lovely building (or 2?) and a wonderful staff. They provide a robust breakfast and excellent coffee!

Cons:

I wish there was a coffee maker in the room! It’s just one of those things that we have become accustomed to - but not the end of the world.

Left a really positive experience and complemented a wonderful first visit to Ortigia.
Pros:

Absolutely enjoyed my stay in Syracuse. Amenities were good and the hotel's breakfast was excellent. The location also was very good. It is not far from where the main areas are yet is quiet. The staff were also very helpful in helping to recommend and book for restaurants when the hotel one was full. Made the stay really memorable!

The hotel is lovely and the front desk staff very helpful.
Pros:

Great location. Our room’s terrace was exceptional. The sea view was wonderful.

Cons:

The breakfast was good but disappointing. Some things were not replaced in a timely manner. When it was busy, the service for coffee or eggs was slow.
The omelettes were skimpy and my fried eggs were supposed to be medium but were less than sunny side up.

Lovely staff , v helpful. Great breakfast beautiful location

Cons:

Noisy, tiny room in main building first night . Much too hot and poor value for money . No room to move around , no kettle !! Nowhere to put anything .It had a sea view as advertised but other than that was not good .We hardly slept on the first night with light streaming into the room and street noise .
Luckily after speaking to the reservation team we were moved for the rest of our stay to a lovely room in the other building with a side sea view which was far cooler and had space, a kettle and room to move .

Great hotel in the middle of Ortigia with gracious staff.
Pros:

The staff were great. The place was elegant. The suite was big (a bedroom, bathroom and living room) and there was lots of place form our clothes. It was well located and very quiet. Wonderful breakfast.

Cons:

We had problems with the electricity in our room that they kept blaming on a "new system." They comped us a meal and drinks for our trouble. Biggest problem was the bathroom spring lock which made a loud bang every time we used it and woke us up at night. There are also two steps down into the room from the hall. The living room could use a coffee table.

L’emplacement idéal pour découvrir la magie de Syracuse
Pros:

Très bel établissement, belles prestations et service soigné. Nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner avec une partie à la carte est sans doute un gage de fraîcheur mais quand tout le monde arrive en même temps c’est un peu long. Et surtout, cette histoire de carte n’est pas expliquée.
