Le mini bar gratuit ce qui permet d’avoir de l’eau fraîche régulièrement, très agréable en période de grosses chaleurs
Le personnel pas très aimable, ni très empressé à vous aider. On a plutôt l’impression de les déranger.
Le ménage notamment de la salle de bains ( s’est amélioré après une réclamation )
L’absence totale de tiroirs : il y a une penderie mais aucun tiroir pour ranger les tee-shirts, sous vêtements etc … : ce n’est pas très pratique.
L’insonorisation intérieure de l’hôtel est un peu limite : on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir
Interior style is gorgeous. Common area in second building is top class. Staff were all excellent. Lovely coffee!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at the end of July - it was fantastic - the room was sparkling clean , they provided drinks for free in the mini bar.- and the breakfast was great - great items to choose from in the buffet and also you could request for no additional cost items that were not in the buffet such as a meat and cheese sampler , ( I thought this was a great sustainability practice - sometimes when they put the meat out in the buffet , I always imagine so much waste - so this way less waste and prepared fresh for you , the made to order breakfast also includes eggs , and they provide freshly squeezed orange juice - all the staff are friendly too ! It’s in a quieter location , across from the water front , we were able to easily walk to the main tourist areas and also found some hidden gems for dinner that were off the main strip and were to die for ! all in all a great hotel and if I was to return to Ortigia , I would certainly stay here again , and would recommend to any friends travelling to Sicily ! THanks for a great stay !

Honestly, this hotel doesn’t do itself justice online because the reality is even better. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations.
The property is absolutely beautiful—a charming boutique hotel with so much character and warmth. My room was spectacular: elegant, spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully done.
The breakfast was delicious, with excellent quality and a wonderful atmosphere each morning.
But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the people. Every single person I interacted with—from reception to the breakfast staff and everyone in between—was genuinely kind, welcoming, and eager to help. The level of hospitality was outstanding and made me feel at home throughout my stay.
If I ever return to Ortigia, I honestly wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. This will be my hotel.

Very charming building, the room was beautifully decorated. The suite was spacious. The breakfast was wonderful high quality and good variety.
There was a bad smell in the bathrooms they might have a plumbing issue…. The shower did not have enough pressure.

Il n’y a pas de parking dans l’hôtel,
Vous pouvez opter pour une place à 30€ par jour mais vous ne pouvez pas disposer de votre voiture comme vous l’entendez. Il faut fixer un créneau horaire, les avertir 1h avant. On a eu de la chance, nous avons attendu 20 minutes, néanmoins je trouve ce système hyper limitant pour les clients.

What a wonderful stay! The staff went over and above to make sure I was comfortable and I even received an upgrade as there was a bit of noise around the room I originally booked. The breakfast was superb, area is great and overall, would highly recommend!
As acomodações são honestas com quartos de diferentes tamanhos. O hotel é boutique então não há uniformidade no padrão dos quartos. O banheiro tem uma área de banho bem pequena . O Staff é diferenciado. Muito bom time, sabem receber turistas em especial a Sônia, que coordena o staff do restaurante. Excepcional profissional. Tenho restrições a Glúten e ela fez um ótimo atendimento e preservou minha refeição, inclusive oferecendo pasta e canolo sem glúten. O time da recepção tb é muito bom e atencioso. Falam muito bem inglês.
