Wunderschönes Hotel mit riesigem, hervorragend ausgestattetem Spa
Pros:

Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den sehr großen und hervorragend ausgestatteten Spa-Bereich. Die Spa-Aufgüsse sind unvergesslich und ein echtes Highlight - die sollte man auf keinen Fall verpassen! Auch das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut: große Auswahl, hohe Qualität und alles sehr liebevoll präsentiert. Das gesamte Team war durchweg sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und entgegenkommend, man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen.

Pros:

nice spa and good dinner

Cons:

both hotel and booking.com are refusing to issue company invoice which is very annoying because it has been paid from company card and we need an invoice. Front deck assistant was not helpful at all, very unprofessional and zero willingness to solve this.

Traumhafte Auszeit im Schloss!
Pros:

Einfach alles! Vom freundlichem Empfang, dem tollen Service für unseren Vierbeiner (von Hundekörbchen, über eingezäunte Gassiwiese, bis hin zu Handtüchern am Eingang zum saubermachen), Buffett morgens wie abends exzellent, toller Spabereich, perfekt organisierter Shuttle Service zum Skigebiet.

Cons:

Trotz langer Suche konnten wir nichts finden ;)

First class. The poor check in service has not put me off. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent facilities. Brilliant breakfast

Cons:

Information on check in was very poor. We were in a room on floor 6. You had to get two lifts to get there. We could not find our room. Directions were extremely poor.

Werden gesichert wieder kommen!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal - egal ob beim Empfang, in der Lobby, beim Frühstücken oder dem Room-Service. Besonders im Servicebereich des Restaurant wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und von vorherigen Besuchen wiedererkannt.
Die Lage das Hauses ist kaum zu übertreffen!

alle sehr gut - keine Beschwerden anzugeben.

Abgesehen von den genannten Dingen ein sehr schönes Haus
Pros:

Herrliche Ausblicke auf die Kitzbüheler Alpen, sehr aufmerksame Portiers, großzügiger Wellnessbereich, baulich sehr geschmacklich und paßt sich sehr gut in die Umgebung ein, sehr gutes Frühstückbuffet. Haben Zimmer Upgrade erhalten - top !

Cons:

Haben am Abend keine Möglichkeit erhalten auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, da es immer wieder Tische gab die frei wurden ( sind erst recht spät zum Abendessen gegangen). Die Qualität und Auswahl am Abend ist auf jeden Fall verbessungswürdig. Im Zimmer hatte die ledercoach flecke und war an einer Kante etwas aufgerissen (;für fünf Sterne !?). Erst bei der Abreise haben wir erfahren das die minibar inklusive ist.

Very charming, amazing food quality!
Pros:

1. Quality and variety of the buffet (both breakfast and in the evening) is amazing! Compliment to the Management and the kitchen team! We definitely recommend the half-board option! Very nice and friendly restaurant staff! Truly 5 Star.

2. The guy who checked us in provided us with all necessary details and did a great job to welcome us in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Fantastic job!

3. A Welcome card & drink, a red Rose, and chocolate for kids on our room upon arrival. A very nice gesture!

Cons:

1. Parking should be free for guest, especially since parking spaces are small, dirty and dangerous ( lots of dents on the walls because of mistake in construction). No warning signs.

2. We asked two ladies from the reception to open the kids club 10-minutes early for our two daughters as my wife and I had a meeting downtown. One of the agreed while the other one asked us to wait, making the attempt from her colleagues to meet our needs disappear.

3. Housekeeping entered our room at 9am without knocking on door. No good morning, not any sort of excuse. However, the rooms are sparkling clean.
