Nice rooms. Very helpful staff. The Eatery has wide spread for buffet breakfast. Live counters offer more choices. The staff is very helpful. Special mention for Rakhi at The Eatery for taking good care.
We had a lovely stay at Four Points by Sheraton, Kochi Infopark. The team made special arrangements for our anniversary, which truly made the experience memorable and personal.
A special mention to Sristy, who was extremely helpful, courteous, and attentive—she went out of her way to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless.
The room ambience was elegant and relaxing, and the food was spot on, both in taste and presentation.
Overall, a fantastic experience with great hospitality. Highly recommended for both leisure stays and special occasions

The hotel takes great care of each guest. Personal attention is given to all aspects of the stay. The huge breakfast buffet is a treat and a great way to start your day. The gym is functional and the location of the hotel is a huge plus. Will come back again.

Right from the checkin to checkout the experience was superb.
The breakfast was amazing and services from the team was great. Special mention - Rakhi, Samina and Dipali, they really went above and beyond.
The stay and food of this hotel is extraordinary, the staff made sure my stay is pleasant and most comfortable. The restaurant staff were very amicable and warm. Good job by Rakhi, Dipali and Sufia from the staff team.
