All our needs were met
Pros:

The staff were all incredible and so helpful. We requested a room on ground floor which we received. It was comfortable and the beds were great. A substantial breakfast Location fantastic

Les employés qui sont flexibles, une personne qui n'est pas sensé faire le check in nous a gentillette enregistré avant l'heure

Great pillows compared to standard in Iceland. Amazing breakfast spread and options! Clean and well located for walking to restaurants.

Cons:

Check-in wasn’t smooth for us, but we missed the email with the instructions. Otherwise would have been easy.
