Fully equipped kitchen. Sp@cios rooms with excellent view. Quiet.
Everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Canmore. The bed was exceptional. Enjoyed hottub too. Our room was very clean and staff helpful when we were not able to operate the TV remote.
It is better than expected. The bus stop is just infront of the hotel to downtown. Facilities wise is great! I got the mountain view room so beautiful. The kitchenette is complete. I would come again. Staffs is very accomodating and friendly.

Reception, super clean hallways and our room was perfect. We had an electric fireplace in our room and it warmed our room very nicely. The kitchen amenities added to our great experience as did the out door hot tub on the main floor. Highly recommend.
Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. The location is accessible.

The parking.
I think there needs to be something on the website describing underground parking for all the Europeans who visit that are not used to driving big cars! We ended up getting a big truck for our travels (we didn’t order this but it’s what we got given) then the hotel had a little parking lot outside but did have underground parking. We ended up parking in the little parking lot as we were too nervous to go to the under ground parking as it was very tight with a bean in the middle and one night we couldn’t park anywhere as there was no parking in the hotels parking lot. I asked about the cars who were parked there and got told they didn’t know who they belonged to🙄 We drove around for 2 hours and they said there was nothing they could do….. my husband ended up parking in town then walking back (25min walk at midnight) in the cold. So maybe a sign saying “only hotel guests aloud” in the parking lot or on website describing the underground parking is tight with height restrictions as if we had known this I would have been insisting on the rental company giving us the car we booked due to the parking at the hotel.
Poor lighting in the hallways. Dirty, outdated rooms. Housekeeping was horrendous!
