Great location and staff, brekkie was very nice but the rooms need a bit of renovation.
Pros:

Breakfast was yummy and was very glad for the proper coffee machine rather than instant. The location is great, so close to the city and restaurants etc.

Cons:

The rooms need a bit of an update. The air con unit didnt fit under the bench and took up quite a lot of space in the room just making it feel a bit slapdash rather than luxury. The view of the apartments opposite was a bit yuck, but not a huge deal.

Great stay
Pros:

It was perfectly located for easy access to the civic theatre. Staff were polite and helpful and the room was clean

Cons:

Only criticism was our room was right next to the lift.
So woke a few times in the night with the clinks and clanks.
Would request a room away from the lifts
