Pros:

The breakfast was great. Location is very accessible to bus stop coming from and going to the airport.

Pros:

离天空塔很近，对面就是西安面馆，旁边好几家小超市，还是挺方便的，要自己带好牙具和拖鞋，另外长发女生最好带好护发素，酒店提供的是洗护一体的洗发水有点干，没有咖啡机，提供的是速溶咖啡小包，总体来说性价比还是很高的

Family stay in Central Auckland
Pros:

The location makes walking around the city centre near Aotea Square and Sky City very accessible, and it is also handy to motorway access. We were able to use the on-site carpark. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The TV selection was quite limited. The rooms are fairly basic - no carpet, no flannels, but had the essentials we needed.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Decent amenities. Decent restaurant.

Cons:

Heat pump in bedroom not working and no extra blankets in wardrobe. Heat pump in lounge not working; had to plug in spare heater in cupboard.

Pleasant convienent stay.
Pros:

The Auckland City Hotel is a good solid stay. Well kept, clean, friendly helpful staff. The rooms are basic but comfortable and fully equipped. WiFi works throughout hotel. Breakfast was great with both hot and cold choices. The restaurant and bar are worth a visit. I enjoyed dinner, steak with seasonal veg, mashed potatoes and a salad. You can tell the ACH cares about hospitality and its property. Centrally located to attractions and one block from the Sky Tower AirPort Express bus station. Good value. Would stay again. Recommend.

Pros:

The property was absolutely perfect and such great value for money, my room was upgraded to a studio with a kitchenette which made it easy for me to cook meals if I needed to (with all appliances provided). The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the staff were so lovely. The FOH staff Victor who checked was amazing and was a seamless experience. Victor went above and beyond with his customer service and ensured I had everything I needed before heading to my room. I also had the lovely Hannah for check out and also ensured that this process went smoothly. Will definitely be staying here again

Super convenient for our purposes
Pros:

The location was handy to the convention centre and the kitchen/bar area downstairs was good

Cons:

The heatpump was difficult to use and the living room was freezing. There were no towels provided in the bathroom, only the ensuite. I was travelling with a work colleague so I had to wait until he was finished in his bathroom so I could get a towel for myself. I would have expected a towel to be provided in each bathroom.
I also had to use the only hand towel as a bath mat.

Pros:

Fantastic location — steps from attractions and great restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. A minor heater issue was sorted immediately by staff, who were warm and helpful throughout. A wonderful stay — highly recommend!

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind because we really had a great experience.

A bit light on with kitchen facilities . Needed a bread board , can opener . Otherwise adequate
