Pros:

Su ubicación, frente al mar, cerca de todo y muy bien comunicado. Las habitaciones son amplias y están bien equipadas.

Cons:

Un ascensor muy pequeño y lento para un hotel grande, que apenas estaba disponible. Los baños son pequeños y la ducha minúscula e incómoda.

We had a beautiful vacation , liked everything especially the nice personnel

I liked the room which was clean and comfortable, the reception people were extremely nice and helpful. They called the taxi and even came out to the point to wait with us.

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was overall very satisfied. The reception staff were kind and welcoming, especially Nastasia, who was particularly attentive.

I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room with a beautiful sea view, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Great service and a warm atmosphere. I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

One minor issue during my stay was that the bathroom door made a squeaky noise when being used, which was a bit inconvenient at times. I am sure the staff will fix this in no time.
