Location and staff.
Nice hotel and center
Breakfast was 22 ,I think a bit expensive so we go out at Starbucks but still the hotel service was excellent and friendly people
Nespresso coffee!
Andrea made the best cocktails ever. Great service and friendly staff.
Restaurant food was excellent, no need to go out.
The hotel was decent but the front entrance pictures looked a lot nicer than in real life. The restaurant and staff were ok and they did have a Starbucks on the premise.
Our last night at the hotel I saw a bed bug walking across the bed , that pretty much ruined it for me , it was already past 10 so I looked for more but I could not find any so I went to sleep and checked out in the morning? I did receive one bite on my leg. So I was lucky I did not receive anymore. I mentioned this to the staff when I checked out ,
The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Location was close to the venue where we were visiting. No continental breakfast--which we knew when I booked the room--, which would have been nice.
Barn door to the bathroom--didn't provide much privacy.
The TV didn't work well. The channels said they were either scrambled or there was a weak signal. We weren't there long enough for this to be too big of an issue, so we never contacted the staff, but it was bothersome that we couldn't watch anything when we were recharging in the room.
The breakfast was ok, but small selection of food.
The mattress was uncomfortable, and in general too pricey for what you get.
The room was amazing...the staff friendly and inviting
.for being right downtown awesome location close to alot amenities
Parking! well thats a differnt situation all together
Disappointing experience in this hotel. The location is great, but that’s it. The front desk staff seem to hate their jobs, they are polite, but not friendly at all, never smiling and don’t acknowledge us when we walk by. The room is a little small but comfortable. The breakfast is good, however, the last day I received my coffee in a used mug. Pretty disgusting.
