The buffet was good in the Morning, rooms where Clean, Comfy Bed, all the pubs and restaurants close by

The Lounge was pretty awesome

Cons:

We love it here & will be back again!
Pros:

It was a good location for what we needed.
We really appreciated that it was quiet & there were no children.
The room & customer service was great!
The food at the restaurant & the breakfast buffet was amazing!

Cons:

We were a bit disappointed with the package we got, as it said it included champagne & chocolates, but there was literally only 2 individual chocolates.

Decent, I guess given how much hotels cost, it’s not the worst but definitely nothing special.
Pros:

The location is excellent if going to a concert.
Clean rooms.

Cons:

Make sure to stock up on snacks or plan to order in if you want anything to eat later in the evening, the restaurant closes at 10pm and there is no vending machines or concessions to purchase.

The pillows were horrible and lumpy.
