Pros:

Hotel room is fine and serves it's purpose. Room has a fridge and a coffee maker. Stayed here a few times in the past as it's close to the office and the hotel is clean and quiet.

Cons:

Tried to extend my stay 2 days 3 times. First person didn't extend anything although they said it was done, I only found out that the extension wasn't made when my keycard stopped working. Second person extended only one night although they said they extended 2 nights, only found out when my keycard stopped working again. Also the prices offered by the lobby are 2 times higher than what is available from Booking. Their direct prices are not value for money, even if the company is paying.

Exceeded expectations!
Pros:

Amazing customer service from the reception staff, they really looked after us. Easy parking, great location!
Decided to upgrade to the Sterling Suite and it was a great size with comfy bed.

Spacious accommodation.
Pros:

King size bed was lovely to have. Spacious rooms with kitchenette.

Cons:

While the curtains are heavy , because there are no pelmets, there is,a lot of light still coming in, especially with the wxrmtra long days.

la douche fonctionnait mal, le bec de bain était défectueux. On pouvait l'utiliser mais le rideau devait être devant pour ne pas faire un dégât!

Pros:

The location was good. I was mislead by the advertising about breakfast being included and I didn't make a fuss about it. However I also was told parking was included and was charged an extra $60 for parking . The staff I spoke to were all rude and dismissive. I will never stay with or recommend this hotel again because of the way I was treated.

Cons:

Terrible attitude from front desk, I was mislead about wahr was offered. I asked for a microwave which I was told repeatedly they would provide and never did.

Honest review.
Pros:

I liked everything from the Staff to the room.

Cons:

The negative things about the location was the smokers, not sure if staff or guests just around the corner from front door and also the homeless begging at the front door.
