Good Location, Modern Bathroom, Safety Deposit Box, Refrigerator, Microwave
Pros:

Receptionist who checked me in very helpful and upgraded me to a premium room. Safety deposit box (one of only 2 hotels I stayed with on my trip that had safety deposit box). Very good location. 15 minute walk from Legislative Assembly. Three blocks from Shoppers and Rexall. 4 blocks from Save on Foods. Corona station with LRT 1 block from hotel (Jasper and 107th) and a number of buses ran on Jasper. New clean bathroom with counter top space, 3 big drawers, desk and desk chair. Refrigerator. Told originally no microwave in room but did have one so don't know if because upgraded to premium room or some rooms have them and some don't. Coffee maker. Enough outlets. Big closet with hangers. Heat worked. Had Lobby computer could use to check in with airline and print boarding pass or for other Google searches. Starbucks next door for people who like Starbucks. Room quiet.

Cons:

Only place could see TV was from bed. Two lights between beds but first turned one on, then other, then both, then off. I was only one in room but if one person trying to sleep and other person using light, could be annoying. Some receptionists more helpful than others.

I was so happy with my stay! I will stay again if I’m ever in Edmonton again!
Pros:

The shower pressure was great, bed super comfortable, and the breakfast, was spectacular! Dina in the dining room, was lovely!

全く問題ないホテル。
Pros:

朝食無しで4泊利用。清潔、コロナ駅から歩いてすぐ、静か、広い、ホテルに悪い所はなかった。

Cons:

駅から上に登った所に若干数のホームレスや薬物系がいた。ホテルの立地で減点。

Had a Great Stay
Pros:

Very comfortable beds and well furnished rooms. Staff were helpful and professional. Great location too- within walking distance from downtown and the legislative assembly!

Exceeded expectations!
Pros:

Amazing customer service from the reception staff, they really looked after us. Easy parking, great location!
Decided to upgrade to the Sterling Suite and it was a great size with comfy bed.

Pros:

Hotel room is fine and serves it's purpose. Room has a fridge and a coffee maker. Stayed here a few times in the past as it's close to the office and the hotel is clean and quiet.

Cons:

Tried to extend my stay 2 days 3 times. First person didn't extend anything although they said it was done, I only found out that the extension wasn't made when my keycard stopped working. Second person extended only one night although they said they extended 2 nights, only found out when my keycard stopped working again. Also the prices offered by the lobby are 2 times higher than what is available from Booking. Their direct prices are not value for money, even if the company is paying.
