Nos sentimos em casa pelo atendimento carinhoso.
Pros:

O Hotel é sensacional. Quarto super confortável e aconchegante. Café da manhã maravilhoso, localização perfeita para visitar a Toscana e o atendimento é mais que especial.

The breakfast and the staff were the best we ever experienced. Everyone was really nice, and caring, the breakfast was everyday fresh and delicious in a perfect environment. The room was super clean. We will definitely go back there! 😍

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und alles rund um den Aufenthalt wurde uns sehr nett erklärt. Das geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon und das recht große Bad mit den flauschigen Handtüchern fanden wir super. Alles war tadellos sauber, ruhig und erholsam. Den Wein und das Essen im Hotel, insbesondere das Frühstück, können wir wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist abends nicht nötig, nochmal rauszugehen, wenn man das nicht möchte. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es zudem unzählige Parkplätze und Sitzmöbel. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei.

Lugi, Alberto y Mateo nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad. Compartimos una charla muy amena mientras degustabamos excelentes productos locales. El desayuno muy completo. Altamente recomendable!

Lamentable, honteux…nous avons préféré quitter l’hôtel !
Cons:

Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits fin mars, le jour de notre arrivée il faisait froid avec vent glacial (8 degrés), le réceptionniste nous accompagne dans une chambre non chauffée, il faisait aussi froid que dehors (voir plus avec les murs glacés par la fermeture de l’hôtel tout l’hiver) et nous explique tranquillement que le chauffage sera mis en fonction de 18h à 20h et ensuite de 22h à minuit puis de 6h à 8h ! Je précise que nous sommes arrivés à 15h, donc avec une belle assurance il nous explique qu’on va rester 5 heures sans aucun chauffage ! Nous ne sommes évidemment pas restés dans cet hôtel. Par ailleurs, c’est très vieillot, ça mériterait un gros rafraîchissement.

Pros:

Limpio, comodidad, excelente colchón. Maximiliano muy amable y atento. El desayuno tenía todo lo necesario, rico. Se puede aparcar en sus instalaciones.
