Das Hotel ist besonders hübsch mit Garten und Pool. Die Zimmer sehr sauber. Ich kam mit großer Verspätung an und konnte noch um kurz vor Mitternacht einchecken. Das Personal war besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zu schade,dass mein Aufenthalt so kurz war. Komme gerne wieder

Pros:

Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Ontbijt was lekker. Niks was hen teveel. We kregen veel uitleg bij aankomst. Let wel op… incheck pas 15.00 en niet vroeger.

Cons:

Airco maakte veel lawaai. Locatie was niet zo goed, vooral weinig plekken om te gaan eten.

Pros:

La Volpaie war sehr gut zu erreichen. Auch die Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Ganz besonders gut zu bewerten ist die Betreuung / Versorgung von der Ankunft bis zur Abfahrt. Immer zuvorkommend, immer nett und freundlich; es wurde sehr stark darauf geachtet, dass die Gaste sich wohlfuhlen und alles haben. Es gab auch immer Zeit fur ein Schwätzchen. Es war zu jederzeit mindestens ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Auch die hausgemachten Brote, Croissants, Süßspeisen waren sehr gut und sind nochmal hervorzuheben. Zimmer immer sauber und Betten werden jeden Tag gemacht, Auf Wuns h werden Handtücher täglich getauscht.

Bei den Zimmern ohne Balkon wäre eine zusätzliche Trockenmöglichkeit gut, man findet aber eine Lösung.

Ansonsten habe ich mich sehr gut gefühlt und kann Le Volpaie sehr empfehlen. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut.

Colazione ricchissima: brioche calde, dolci, yogurt... ma anche un'ottima selezione di pane, affettati, ... veramente tutto molto ricercato e buonissimo! Forse migliorabile la macchinetta del caffè automatica (prevederei l'utilizzo della macchinetta del bar?). Staff: da 10/10! ragazzi giovani, in gamba e sempre disponibili a offrire supporto e idee per il viaggio personalizzate sulle esigenze. Piscina nuova e veramente stupenda. La camera è standard, forse leggermente "cara" rispetto al prezzo pagato (ma si compensa con la piscina), ma con tutti i servizi (piccolo figo, climatizzatore, tv)

Cons:

Lo sciaquone del bagno da rivedere ma ne abbiamo parlato dal nostro arrivo con il direttore (che ci avrebbe cambiato di stanza in un secondo).

Le Volpaie was the perfect rest stop during our recent trip, and we wish we had planned to stay longer. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We originally booked a family lodge but the air con was broken so we were moved to 2 separate lodges, which our teenagers enjoyed. Our hosts were warm and welcoming, and they recommended a lovely local wine to go with our dinner. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a wonderful homemade touch that made it feel extra special. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Emplacement au calme, petit déjeuner, bonne literie, personnel très gentil, a la campagne, bien situé au centre des visites de Sienne et Florence,bien pour récupérer avec un plus une belle piscine,et un excellent restaurant ' très archi' dans le village, Marcel et Annie de Belgique
