El hotel ya se siente muy antiguo, más que todo en las habitaciones, el sanitario lo funcionaba bien, el agua caliente era prácticamente agua fría, el televisor no tenía opción de plataformas, el

Las habitaciones son cómodas, grandes, aunque un tanto antiguas.
Ubicación correcta, entorno un poco anticuado. El hotel necesitaría un restyling....por ejemplo la zona del lobby esta linda, pero la zona del bar, co-working, etc., muy vieja
No me permitieron hacer un early check in, incluso cuando regresé me hicieron esperar 10 minutos hasta que se cumpliera la hora EXACTA de check inn, si siquiera poder ir haciendo el papelerío del caso mientras se hacía la hora.
La zona de desayuno es pequeña, y "vieja". La comida, café, etc., BIEN, pero el entorno bastante feo. Mesas muy chicas, ambito pequeño, mal iluminado, etc.

Las instalaciones viejas, pedimos 1 gorro de baño y que problema para entregarlo, pedimos un jugo y se tenia que pagar ya, como si no se pudiera cargar a la cuenta, se mando a la lavandería 1 pantalón nuevo, mismo que regresaron mas sucio de lo entregado y para colmo la ventana no tenía el Black out completo, pusieron un pedazo de cortina con cinta!
Good breakfast & location
We were promised 2 weeks before a room in the 10 floor to avoid noise , we ended up on a six floor very noisy room instead, the evening agent at the front desk was aware o our request but he said thee was nothing he could do as the rooms were taken by a large group. Very disappointing.
The staff was very friendly
Prior to my booking, my sister booked the stay few days prior and the room they gave us was the PH this room was outdated with dirty carpet and the noise from the outside was terrible
