Eramos clientes pero decidimos no volver por que la ultima vez solicitamos el chechk in a las 11am y nos dijeron que por ese lapso de tiempo teníamos que volver a pagar toda la estadía de nuevo. No nos colaboraron a pensar de ser clientes frecuentes y haber realizado la reserva con tiempo. No volveremos

The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, making the overall experience more enjoyable. One of the highlights of the room was its sensational view, which was absolutely stunning and made the stay even more memorable. Waking up to such a beautiful panorama was definitely the best part of my visit.
Although the stay was pleasant overall, I felt the price was a little too high for what the hotel offers. The facilities are somewhat outdated and could benefit from renovation to better justify the cost. In addition, the breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and average quality. Improving these aspects would significantly enhance the overall guest experience and provide better value for the price.
