Great location, excellent staff that compensate for a dated hotel.
Pros:

The location was perfect for our purpose. My wife was undergoing surgery at the INO clinic, just 150 meter away. Being so close to the clinic, the hotel location was superb and very convenient. The front desk staff, specially Felipe, were very helpful and friendly. The were very empathic to our particular situation and were quick to help and respond to our requests.

The included breakfast was sufficient. There are limited choices, but all fresh and good tasting. You can have eggs made to order, just to expect the huge, plentiful, buffet-style breakfast you may find at larger chain hotels.

Cons:

The hotel is old, it is just a fact. The rooms are dated and not necessarily updated in any way. While the rooms are VERY spacious, there is a lot of "dead space" that could count with better furniture and infrastructure. We stayed in the Grand Suite, a huge room with a huge bathroom, but the size of the room made it look like an empty warehouse that had a bed and a sofa thrown into it in an improvised manner. Maybe some better thought of furniture and amenities would make such great spaces a better stateroom to stay at and enjoy.

Great location for those getting procedures done at the INO Clinic
Pros:

The location, for the purpose we needed it was 10/10. I had two requests that were immediately taken care of by the staff. The front desk attendant was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Its a dated hotel, the facilities do show wear and age

Pros:

Even if the rooms are furnished with relatively old furniture, the room was clean and large. The bathroom was a bit cold because there were some openings close to the shower, but it was spot clean. Breakfast was very nice, every day they changed the food and there was a good selection. The stuff was always nice. Even though the room was facing the main big road, the noise was bearable for us.

Cons:

The room was cold at night, and we asked for an extra blanket but they never gave it to us. The opening times of the gym are not the ones that appear online or on the pamphlet they give you, it closes earlier. Same for the restaurant, it closes at 4 pm.

The location is okay and has a nice view, that’s about it.

Cons:

The rooms do not have heating and are freezing cold with ancient windows leaking sound and cold air, furnished with worn down furniture, floors and walls are dirty and disgusting. Dirty shower with old bugs dried on the walls. Black musk present on walls within 3rd story of the property outside the rooms (could be mold). Looks like hallways were not cleaned in decades. Extremely rude staff that mocks foreign guests and refuses basic requests (sharing salt from kitchen).
