Pros:

Personalul de la receptie a fost foarte receptiv si amabil si a gestionat situatia neplacuta mentionata mai jos.

Cons:

Desi am platit pentru mic dejun si nu am servit decat o cafea, am avut neplacuta surpriza ca personalul din restaurant sa vina cu nota de plata pentru cafea, deoarece am servit-o pe terasa hotelului si nu in interiorul restaurantului, desi nu era mentionat nicaieri acest lucru. Teoretic, din moment ce ai platit cafeaua, o bei unde doresti in incinta hotelului. In plus, doamna care mi-a pus nota de plata de plata, probabil nu stia engleza si nu ma intelegea, dar nu imi dadea de inteles acest lucru, ci efectiv ma ignora complet, nici macar nu se uita la mine si isi vedea de sters mesele in continuare. Vorbeam singura.

We spent only one night, but liked the hotel and will most likely return on a next visit to Belgrade
Pros:

Breakfast could be better. Coffee is served separately and paid in case one wants to have a refill.

Cons:

The hotel is located in a quiet area and parking is free.
