The blond lady at the reception was rude and in a bad mood, both at time of check in and check out. I’m not sure if she likes her job but a little smile or at least a good customer service would have done the job.

Clean rooms. Basic breakfast but adequate.

Many flights of stairs to go up with luggage with no elevator.
Staff surprisingly was very unfriendly. Breakfast was plain.

ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS ARE TRUE!!!!! and more. RUDE staff beyond belief. Hey management, tell your recetionists that if they want to have amorous interaction with theis lovers......to do it in private, not behind the reception desk. AND TO PAY MORE attention to their surroundings......

Right in the heart of the old town Prague. It was good for 2 adults and 2 kids. Had AC! Had all the basics; small continental breakfast. Nothing fancy but we came to experience the city and only sleep in the hotel.

Absolute dirty place to stay at, you can hear anything and beds are totally uncomfortable. There are Spyder webs everywhere!

Excellent ubicación, cuartos cómodos y limpios, personal amigable. Buen desayuno. Definitivamente regreso en mi próxima visita a Praga.

Good location, good bed, but not so friendly staff

property is outdated but its clean & cheap specially it’s located in the center .. 1 minute walk to Old town square, 50 meters aways to high street High Ends Shops ,, 10 meters away to Hard Rock Cafe my fav place to visit in every travel.. with breakfast so you are not leaving empty stomach to start your day.. friendly staff and very accommodating .. will highly recommend this property as its budget friendly..

There was a lot of stairs to get to our room. -over 70 to haul up luggage with no elevator. Would not recommend for an elder person or one with any injuries !

Perfect location. Very basic breakfast but not bad considering the price. Room was quite dusty but full of character

Staff was not helpful--requested extra pillows 7 times b4 we received them
They gave us a room on the top with 5 sets of stairs with loose/broken hand rails. We requested a room on a lower due to my knee problems--they refused

We requested no cleaning & they cleaned the room anyway

Water temperature in shower was not stable

My children and I stayed for 2 nights. The receptionist was really lovely & helpful. Location is amazing, literally a stone away from the wonderful Christmas markets. Room was spacious & clean, the view from our windows were lovely too. We will stay again, thank you

Great rooms, comfortable living, best location, super clean.

Location is incredibly good. Stayed in the loft. Pretty sure the spiral stairs within loft would not comply with any building standards. Halfway up only just enough room to walk up if turn to your side. And I am slim. Was scarey at night as stairs were steep too. Three floors; NO lift! Also was very hot at night despite having no heating on. Toilet seat kept slipping. Shower head very low- so not much good if you are tall. Also shower within bath so be careful here. Breakfast was adequate.. but no eggs.
Reception staff not at all welcoming or helpful. Except when we were leaving. Also walls are thin and we had noisy neighbours on both sides.
Ladies cleaning rooms and in the breakfast room worked hard all day and their efforts were appreciated.
However; location is brilliant as stated before.

I stayed here with family in 2018 and had a great experience so decided to stay here again. I was extremely disappointed.
Cons - I encountered two different front desk girls and both were very unfriendly, unhelpful and just looked like they didn’t want to be there. I suggest customers service training or new staff - the cleaning ladies were friendlier. We had to store our luggage as our room wasn’t ready and were charged for the storage room even though the website clearly states free luggage storage. She tried to say we had too many bags. There was 4 of us and 4 bags. We didn’t argue and just paid as it wasn’t worth it and the attitude of the girl was extremely bad.
Pro - only pro to the experience was the breakfast. There was a lot to choose from, fresh and tasty.
Overall, I won’t be returning to this property in the future.
