Good location, but disappointing as you think you will get the room as shown in the pictures but it is totally different

Great location!
Pros:

Great location, good accommodation and the team was eager to help with anything.

Cons:

I had the bad luck to be there during the heat wave and although, I didn't expect it to have air-conditioning and they did provide a fan, the central air-conditioning could be stronger to relief the guests. It was so hot that the mini fridge was not cooling and I was afraid that my food would spoil.

Everything was perfect! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was excellent, and all the facilities were outstanding. I truly enjoyed my stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a relaxing stay. I would definitely come back!

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. Everything was as expected. There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was good. No negative points. Our stay was comfortable and everything matched the description. We didn't experience any issues during our stay. Everything was well organized, clean, and as described.

Excellent location, close to all the main attractions and public transport. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean.

Cons:

The rooms are not equipped with air conditioning, so they can get quite hot during the summer. It can also be a bit noisy because of the nearby tram line.

The room was clean.

Cons:

The heat inside was unbearable. Even though the staff gave us three fans, they didn’t help at all. It was actually cooler outside in 40 degreees, than inside the room. I started feeling unwell and had to book another hotel with AC. I wouldn’t recommend staying here during summer heat. It might be fine in winter or cooler weather.

Nice hotel close to beautiful heart of Prague
Pros:

Nice hotel close to all the touristic locations without being too close. Tram and bus stops very close by. We came by car and parked at the Grandior Hotel opposite of the street via the Mr Parkit app (tip: don’t accept parking space 101 because that is on the ramp. Ask for spaces 1 - 20, these are normal spacious parking lots).
The hotelroom was nice. We were situated at the back with not an interesting view, but we didn’t care. The advantage was that our room was quieter as we didn’t have a busy road on our side.
I can recommend this hotel.
