-The view was great and calming.
-One of the receptionists (lady with short hair) was very nice and friendly while the old lady was not

Cons:

The AC wasn't working, the room was very hot, I asked for help the technician got a fan and the next day no one followed up on fixing the AC
-I was asked to provide the full details of our credit card including CVV!! " in case of unpaid bills" I asked to pay a deposit by card instead they said no I have to leave my credit card DETAILS including CVV and this was "standard procedure"

Magnífico para descansar después de hacer turismo
Pros:

Hotel con mucho encanto, tranquilo y muy cómodo. Muy buenas instalaciones, y magnifica la piscina con vistas a San Gimignano y los valles del entorno. La habitación, espaciosa y bien acondicionada, cómoda. La limpieza. El desayuno, variado y abundante. El entorno es espectacular, y la propia finca en la que se encuentra el hotel, acondicionada con diferentes espacios con mucho encanto. El parking, espacioso y gratuito. El personal que nos atendió fue muy amable y disponible. Gracias especialmente a Gemma, que nos orientó sobre sitios que visitar y nos arregló las reservas para comer o cenar con mucha paciencia y amabilidad.

Cons:

Echamos de menos una cafetería, aparte del restaurante formal, donde poder cenar algo ligero. Para almorzar, el restaurante tiene una carta ligera, pero la carta para la cena es más formal, cocina más elaborada, y no hay otra alternativa.

The location is nice, but not 4 stars.

Cons:

the employees, and the facilities, the air conditioning was set by them. we always had to tell them when to turn it on/off. The air conditioning was loud.

A lot of potential but the hotel could not meet the expectations.
Pros:

Swimming pool was very spacious and clean.
The restaurant (evening) was ok.
Different seetimg areas in the garden.
Location just outside the City is perfect with beatiful view on the Cityz

Cons:

Very, very bad wifi. After several complaints nothing was done about it.
There was regularly a bad smell in the bathroom and around the swimming pool. Very uncomfortable.
The hotel could use a make over. It seems that in 20 years almost nothing was updated.
The spa terrace was very outdated and is a state of disrepair. The stair to this terrace was even not accesible.
4 stars are a bit exaggerated. 3+ is a more correct rating and this only because of the swimming pool.
The.price/night is high for the room and the breakfast has not a 4 star hotel value.

Pros:

Beautiful, peaceful hotel for couples and families
Beautiful views of San Gimignano (2 km by car)
Excellent location for exploring Tuscany

Gluten-free and lactose-free breakfast and restaurant options

Cons:

There are no towel hooks in the bathroom
Add shelves to the closet (move the refrigerator out)
The restroom by the pool could use a little attention

Pros:

Struttura molto bella sita a pochi chilometri da San Giminiano. Adatta sia per relax che per visitare i luoghi limitrofi. Staff gentile e sempre disponibile. ottima la colazione con presenza di molta scelta. Camera di dimensioni adeguate, pulita e confortevole.

Cons:

La connessione wi-fi non è molto stabile. La gestione dei posti in piscina è approssimativa. ci sono pochi spazi, lettini e ombrelloni rispetto al numero di persone presenti nella struttura.
