Sehr schönes Anwesen in toller Lage mit Verbesserungspotential.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage im Grünen und hübscher Pool. Die Terrasse des Zimmers war riesig mit Fernblick.

Cons:

Pool und Wellnessbereich schließen bereits um 19:00 Uhr. Wenn man im Sommer auf Besichtigungstouren unterwegs ist, ist das absolut unzureichend, da man keine Gelegenheit zur Entspannung findet. Zusätzlich ist der Spa montags geschlossen.
Stattdessen gab es viel Wasser im Bad. Die Dusche hatte nämlich kein Gefälle und setzte das ganze Zimmer unter Wasser.

Ottima posizione e piscina molto bella

Cons:

La camera puzzava di muffa e in generale la struttura necessita di una ristrutturazione o perlomeno una migliore manutenzione.
Al check-in mi è stato chiesto di compilare un modulo cartaceo con numero della carta di credito, data di scadenza e codice CVC. Personalmente ritengo che nel 2026 sarebbe preferibile utilizzare una pre-autorizzazione elettronica o un sistema di pagamento più moderno e sicuro.

Della struttura ho trovato ammaliante la vista dalla piscina e la piscina in sé per sé, lettini comodi e personale presente.

Cons:

Il check‑in è stato discreto, ma le spiegazioni fornite erano confuse e poco chiare. In camera non era possibile regolare la temperatura del fan e la pulizia era insufficiente, tanto da richiedere un cambio stanza. Durante il cambio, il personale si è mostrato scortese e poco professionale. Anche la nuova camera presentava problemi, inclusa la presenza di formiche. Inoltre, quanto descritto su Booking risultava allusivo e non corrispondente alla realtà del soggiorno.

Amplasarea si privelistea de la piscina.Piscina moderna si renovata.

Cons:

Camerele nerenovate.Aerul conditionat nu poate fi setat si este zgomotos.A fost f cald in camera.Am avut camera la parter si terasa era neingrijita.
Produsele la baie la bidoane, nu exista minibar, papuci, oglinda in camera.
Proprietatea este renovata pe exterior, dar camerele sunt de 2 stele.
Restaurantul este de asemenea invechit.
Necesita investitii si este pacat ca nu se profita de asa o locatie.
Micul dejun saracacios.

Gute Lage auch als Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch anderer Städte.
Pros:

Der Pool war sehr schön groß und sauber. Die Liegen hatten Aufleger und es gab Pooltücher.
Zu Fuß ist man in 25-30 Minuten in der Altstadt.
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war funktionell, die Armaturen im Bad waren teilweise locker und etwas verkalkt. Ab und an ein Kalkspray würde helfen. Es gab wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad.

Exceptional position with wonderful views. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area was very relaxing and the restaurant was very good. Breakfast was delicious too!

Camere spaziose e personale davvero gentile.

Cons:

Se hai un auto sportiva puoi avere dei problemi sul dosso del cancello di entrata consiglio di spianarlo per dare accesso anche ad auto molto basse.
La struttura in generale è bellissima , Il ristorante ha dei buoni piatti, ma la sala non ha anima , non rende l'atmosfera che un turista ricerca in un ristorante in una struttura Toscana..
Peccato basterebbe poco.
