La mia stanza aveva un balcone con una bella vista, ma non era molto piacevole starci perché i balconi delle stanze vicine non avevano né divisori né tende per garantire un minimo di privacy. Dal mio balcone potevo vedere liberamente dentro le stanze degli altri.
Bella vista sì, ma poco utile.

Big disappointment. We came to this hotel to celebrate our honeymoon. On the surface, the place looked very nice, it has a beautiful view towards San Gimignano and it is relatively close to San Gimignano, 10 minutes by car.
The problem started with the room we were given, it was on the ground floor and it smelled of sewage and we didn't like it, we asked to change to a higher floor and they moved us to a room on the first floor. There was also a terrible smell of sewage there but we thought that if we aired the room it would go away. In the meantime we went to the pool but discovered that it was not heated and even though it was very hot outside the water in the pool was frozen and it was impossible to get in it, we were really disappointed. When we returned to the room we realized that the smell had not gone away at all and had even gotten worse.
We asked to change rooms again at the reception, after many checks they let us check another room, the receptionist this time came with us to the room and when we entered there was a really terrible smell of sewage from the bathroom, the receptionist also confirmed that there was a really bad smell. We went back to the reception and she called her manager who went to check with the cleaning staff and when she returned she said the smell came from the shower whose sewer cover was not closed properly, the explanation didn't make sense to us especially since it was a third room that they were offering us that smelled of sewage. We asked to check if there was another room available maybe in the new wing but it seemed like they didn't want to try to help us anymore. We gave up and went back to our room very disappointed and suffered from a terrible smell of sewage all night. This experience really ruined our honeymoon.
Not the cleanest room, dirty walls, some of the towels were not clean, really small shower, really low sink and the whole bathroom area is really small and cramped.

Wij vonden de bedden te ‘stevig’ (misschien persoonlijk). De voorzieningen werkten allemaal, maar zijn gedateerd (uitzondering is het zwembad).

Preis leistung ein witz. Mitte mai EZ 227 euro, am balkon und im zimmer ameisen, pool unsauber, sehr kalt im zimmer, generell sehr alt das hotel,

Komfort in den Zimmern.
Leider keine Heizung, es war sehr kalt (Reisezeit, Mitte Mai).
Überwiegend Anreise von Reisegesellschaften mit Bus

De aankleding van restaurant en bar had voor mij beter gekund. Het was net een kantine. Jammer, want het eten en ontbijt was zeer goed. Ook de gangen in het hotel waren sfeerloos.

The new safe locked but would not open. No employee there to open it. Lazy breakfast lady would not make a new pot of coffee when pot was empty. She was on her phone standing in the dining room.
