This is not a 4* hotel! You cannot have a dinner at the restaurant, but only breakfast where you also experience a limited seat capacity at the certain point during the early morning hours. Staff does not speak English very well and is not acting politely as you would expect. The rooms are very small, especially the one I was offered - The furniture is very old and requires repair and restoration.
They Charged €50 extra for a child bed.
Room is not with sofa like the photos
This is not a hotel or a villa. It’s a motel with basic accommodation. Bouncy camping style beds.
Room smells of smoke.
No facilities or relaxation areas. Motel appears empty.
I would not recommend this place, better options available locally.
I Honestly Loved It. The staff is amazing. The breakfast is delicacy. They literally have everything, The rooms are very clean, and the beds are NOT hard! Plus the hotel is close to a amazing restaurant! They also have a lift for people who use wheelchairs!
The room was clean and neat but the bathroom was small and the shower not water tight and flooded the floor. The staff were not at all friendly or helpful. Of the 10 or 12 places across Europe we stayed in on a Costsaver tour, I would say this was well below par and should not be on their list.
Let me preface with saying I stayed in two awful hotels the two nights before I was in this one. I was SO GRATEFUL to have air conditioning in this hotel after the prior two nights. The room was clean, all the outlets worked, the lighting was fine, and the bathroom was decent. The shower was pretty small, but we only stayed there one night so it was fine. I will also say that I REALLY appreciate the four pillows in the room and the fact that they weren't completely flat like the previous two hotels I'd stayed in. Breakfast wasn't bad and the front desk staff were friendly. I'd recommend this hotel to others.
The villa is located between Padova and Venezzia. It is a quite place to stay. It is very clean and cosy and the breacfast is vrey tastey, genuine italian coffe and briosh! May be the only inconvinient would be the distance, but if you trevelling by car, it is not a problem.
i travelled with a group of friends and visited Venice on the first day! our tavel arrangements were made throgh our travel agent in sri lanka! we stayed just one day in this villa! staff were very hospitable! rooms were bit small but served our purpose! bathroom was very small! simple breakfast was served! good!
however we did not find eating outlets closeby and had to travel far from the hotel!
good environment! i did not like them putting artficial plants and grass beds inside as they a have rich environments to grow natural ones!
we love venice and now planing to come back with families!
hopefully i will visit again!
Room size is reasonable, clean n tidy. No coffee/tea in the room. Only 2levels.
Horrible/terrible food served in the restaurant. Ordered a tortellini (for dinner) wich was partly uncooked. Not recommended to eat in the hotel. Rude front staff. Nothing much to do around. 500M there is a supermarket.
This review is mainly about the hotel restaurant service. Our waiter was rude, inpatient, and had anger issues. We are party of 4 and he only gave us 2 tableware sets. Whenever we make a request, he frowns, shakes his head and mocks his customers. While serving us, he watches UEFA football instead of actively tending to our needs. This is not 4 star quality restaurant service- it is 0 star.
Also, the standard room has no air conditioning and the bedding is old and dirty. The toilet is nothing good either.
This is a surprisingly good, mid-size independent hotel, some 35 kilometers / 22 miles from Venice airport. It is a little bit run down and rooms are quite small. I paid 60 euros per night (march 2017). Service is very friendly and good. In addition to that the breakfast buffet is spectacular – especially in a country that puts little to no emphasis on breakfast. All in all a very recommendable bargain option.
Breakfast food was very standard for Europe with its cold cuts and fruit. The best part about the hotel was that they played Italian music videos during dinner which provided a significant amount of entertainment. The rooms and bathrooms were of a decent size, but the beds were not particularly comfortable. The location is somewhat of a trek from the true city of Venice. You have to drive to get to the actual boats that take you to Venice. This is definitely a good choice if you don't want to break the bank on a hotel and would rather put that money towards tours and souvenirs.
We chose this hotel because it was the Ideal location to visit a family member and if you look on a map you can easily see that it is situated between Venice and Padova around a 30 minute bus ride in either direction.
We stayed here on two occasions a total of 7 nights. The staff where extremely helpful and all we met spoke English. The rooms were clean and tidy with free WiFi, the breakfast buffet was excellent which also included cooked eggs and bacon. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.
This hotel looks very nice in photos but at a closer view it is a nightmare. Our room was full of hair. In the bathroom, on the pillow, in the sink... short dark hair. The walls are dirty, the floor is dirty and there is a smoky smell in the room and on the corridor.
There was a plastic bag on the smoke sensor so I guess other guests smoked in the rooms. I think it is unacceptable for the staff not to notice this.
Floors were sticky. Staff did not speak English. Breakfast looked nice.
Stayed here in early July 2016 as our "Venice" hotel while on tour with my Girl Scout troop. It is definitely not a Venice Hotel as we still had 30 minute bus ride to the water taxi's for Venice. The hotel was modern and clean, rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Did not find the staff overly friendly but efficient. Had to pay for internet and leave a $20 Euro deposit for a second room key. Dinner and breakfast were provided in hotel and were typical tour meals. They did have an excellent selection of fresh fruit at breakfast each morning was not typical on our trip. They also offered hot options such as eggs and sausages. Overall not bad, but don't be fooled that it is close to Venice.
