Conforto e boas memórias. Voltaria novamente! Recomendo.
Pros:

Fui surpreendida positivamente ao chegar no hotel, pois havia lido muitas reclamações.
Roupas de cama/banho limpas e cheirosas e um destaque para o chuveiro. Como brasileira que sou e amo tomar banho, o chuveiro estava perfeito! Grande, cai muita água e bem quente! PERFEITO.
O quarto possui aquecedor e mesmo ligado, ainda estávamos com frio. Eles foram solícitos em liberar o aumento da temperatura (já que era travado).
O café da manhã também foi satisfatório, nada a reclamar.
Sobre a localização, não é dentro dos canais kkk tem que andar um pouco. Mas, é um bairro muito bom, perto de parques e museus! Fizemos muitas coisas a pé.
Os recepcionistas são muito simpáticos, mas quero deixar um agradecimento especial ao rapaz que fica a noite (não pegamos o nome dele, ele mora em Zaanse Schans), ele foi excepcional, nos ajudou em tudo, nos deu dica, foi super legal.

Cons:

O café da manhã poderia estar incluso na hospedagem. Pois o valor é alto, considerando 30 euros por casal por dia.

La struttura era super pulita, il personale sempre presente e accogliente. Ti permettono di lasciare i bagagli anche quando la camera non è ancora pronta. Vicini a 10 min a piedi dal centro. Hanno anche a disposizione macchinette per bevande calde - fredde e cibo.

Comfortable, friendly and good value.
Pros:

Hotel was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. The staff are very friendly and did everything they could to make the stay a happy one. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum stop on most canal tours. Two good restaurants nearby. Really enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

It is a bit far from the main centre of Amsterdam but walking is all flat.

Goed hotel, maar heeft enkele beperkingen!

Goede ontvangst, fijn geslapen, fijn ontbijt!

Cons:

Hotel is wel gehorig. Deuren gaan vanzelf dit, maar wel met een harde klap.
We moesten uitvinden hoe de douche werkte, maar is wel goed gekomen. Doucheknop ging wat strak.

Amsterdam sorprendente
Pros:

L'hotel si trova in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla. Essendo la nostra una camera economy era piuttosto piccolina ma dotata di tutto il necessario e il letto era veramente comodo. La colazione internazionale ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. La signorina alla reception estremamente gentile.
