Good price, good location, breakfast staff not great

The breakfast was yummy, the location was near public transport, and it was safe.

Cons:

The breakfast staff checks if we pay for breakfast every morning. I reserved the hotel for two with breakfast, thinking all was good, but after three days there, one of the staff members told us we only had breakfast for one person, not two. She accused us of not paying, very loudly, in front of everyone. Everyone was staring, it was an extremely uncomfortable situation and she could’ve gone about it in a less accusatory way. We weren’t trying to get free food.

Localização perto do metrô e de várias atrações turisticas, time da recepção extremamente atencioso e café da manha muito bom.

Cons:

Iluminação somente funcionava completa no habitaculi. Necessário poder apagar as luzes parcialmente.

Fine for a short stay
Pros:

This hotel is in a good location in terms of distance from the metro and a walkable distance to some tourist attractions.

Cons:

The bunk bed was too high for my toddler. The size of the room was too small for a family and I was glad to leave after 3 nights.
The room looked clean on first inspection but we ended up finding quite a few bits of bedded in muck and grime and it could do with a more thorough clean.

Beskidt værelse, selv efter anden omgang af rengøring.

Virkelig venligt og imødekommende personale i receptionen. Ligger tæt på metro

Cons:

Hverken gulvet, natbordet, spejlet eller skrivebordet på værelset var blevet rengjort. Der var kaffe/væske pletter på overflader og gulvet, der lå stadig skrald på gulvet, der lå en brugt snus på natbordet. Jeg fortalte det til receptionen og viste dem samt en fra housekeeping billeder jeg havde taget og de sendte housekeeping op på mit værelse for at gøre rent igen. Da jeg kom tilbage et par timer senere, lå der stadig det samme skrald på gulvet. Jeg gik igen ned til receptionen og gav dem skraldet på disken. Virkelig useriøst.

Die Unterkunft war wie erwartet. Ich wusste, was ich gebucht habe und war entsprechend nicht überrascht von dem etwas tieferen Standard, verglichen mit anderen Hotels. Die essentiellen Dinge haben gepasst, es war sauber, man hat sich sicher gefühlt und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Preis-Leistung hat für uns sehr gut gepasst.

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer und waren 4 erwachsene. Ich würde nicht mehr als eine Nacht empfehlen, wenn man zu 3. ist (mit 3 erwachsenen), da es schon zu zweit sehr eng ist in den Zimmern.

Ob es ruhig ist oder nicht hängt sehr davon ab auf welcher Seite man ein Zimmer bekommt. Wir hatten eines an der Strasse und eines Richtung Innenhof. Strasse war vor allem am Wochenende laut, Innenhof war durchgehend sehr ruhig. Für den Strassenlärm kann das Hotel jedoch nichts, innerhalb des Hotels war es sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Sollte man einen Föhn benötigen, muss man diesen an der Rezeption ausleihen und es gibt nur eine begrenzte Auswahl. Das kenne ich so nicht von anderen Hotels, war ein bisschen komisch.

Ansonsten wenig negatives da relativ klar ist was man bucht.

God beliggenhed og fin overnatning til prisen
Pros:

Pænt og rent. God seng og sengetøj. Lille værelse og badeværelse, men det fremgår jo også af fotos og beskrivelsen. Vindue der kan åbnes. Tæt på Metro og det hyggelige Frederiksberg. Vi har boet der flere gange og kommer tilbage
