Important information:

The Junior Suite is the only room that can accommodate children in the existing beds at no extra cost. A maximum of 2 children under 12 years of age are accepted.

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Our stay was good all in all. Very clean and friendly staff

The property was clean and location was very good. No showers are available, getting in and out of the tub was challenging with my mobility issues.
The staff was. Very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The property was not the issue. The issue started on our last day, we had paid our bill in full the Afternoon before checkout because we were leaving at 3am and wanted to have an easy checkout. The reception decided they could not give us our ten dollar daily discount in the evening.
That was not something that we appreciated because we did a prepay. It took some back and forth and they finally gave us our discount.

We got several free upgrades as we had just gotten married, like a bathtub upgrade and complimentary dessert upon arrival to the room with a beautiful towel decoration with roses 🌹 over the bed that really set the setting. The ocean view was just as expected. We also got a surprise birthday cake the next day for breakfast.
Really great relaxing and short visit, will definitely come back again.

Cons:

The elevator buttons were tricky. You had to press several times to get them to accept your entry.
