The Junior Suite is the only room that can accommodate children in the existing beds at no extra cost. A maximum of 2 children under 12 years of age are accepted.
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Me engañaron con la habitación que me dieron, no era como mostraban las fotos

Le personnel de la réception et le staff du restaurant, aucun effort pour les clients et peu aimable. Hotel veillot qui a besoin d un bon refresh. Une odeur de renfermé dans la chambre et couloir.
Aucune aide dès notre arrivée pour monter les bagages et aucune informations..rien..en rapport avec heure du petit déj et l étage pour y accéder.
Un 5 étoiles avec piscine mais pas de pégnoir ni pantoufles ni mini bar !! C est le 1er hôtel 5 étoiles aussi minable que j ai vu de toute ma vie.
De plus ils ont un concept de contrôle au petit déjeûner oû vous devez signer un papier même si inclus avec réservation. Très déçue.
15 jours au Pérou avons séjourné dans des hôtels 3 ou 4 étoiles dix fois mieux à tous les niveaux.
Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Todas las instalaciones son hermosas y muy bien cuidadas.Excelente desayuno.Muy buena ubicacion, a unas 4 o 5 cuadras de Parque Kennedy y pocos minutos caminando , del.Parque del.amor y Larcomar.Una hermosa terraza en el piso 12, con música y exquisitos tragos.Estuvimos en nuestro paso para Cusco y a la vuelta volvimos a alojarnos en el Radisson. Muy buena elección.

Muy buena la ubicación, buen desayuno. Lo único a mejorar es que las habitaciones no son muy amplias y se escucha mucho el ruido del pasillo y de otras habitaciones.

Pieza ruidosa, sin vista, había un ruido agudo e intermitente durante todo el día, como de fierro contra fierro...tuve que encender el aire acondicionado para cubrirlo. El agua de la ducha fluctuaba entre fría a caliente, fue imposible disfrutar un simple baño...pésimo. Fui por el campeonato de tenis, ya muchos amigos habían reclamado y no hubo solución. Algunos alcanzaron a cambiarse de pieza. El desayuno nada extraordinario...he estado en hoteles cercanos más económicos con mucho mejor desayuno (Ibis de Larco).
