The Junior Suite is the only room that can accommodate children in the existing beds at no extra cost. A maximum of 2 children under 12 years of age are accepted.
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

100% recomendado. Todo el servicio y calidad de los productos fue muy bueno. Viaje con mi marido y a ambos nos gustó mucho la excelente atención del personal en la diferentes áreas del hotel.
Con respecto al desayuno, nos encantó que además del buffet, tenían una carta especial de desayuno con opciones típicas de Perú, eso fue muy novedoso y delicioso.
La habitación fue muy cómoda y siempre la persona encargada de aseo, la tenía impecable. Agradecemos mucho todo el servicio y los detalles.
En general todo estuvo muy bien.
Solo como sugerencia, sería bueno renovar la ducha, por algo un poco más moderno y práctico.
Sin embargo, igual está bien todo como esta.
La gente , la comida , es un hotel muy alta gama con el precio que se paga es maravilloso

La habitación olía a húmedo y el aire acondicionado sonaba muy fuerte

El día que llegué no había aire acondicionado, me dieron un comunicado indicando que se restauraría a las 9pm debido a mantenimiento de equipos, pero el resto de los días que estuve, el aire funcionó muy deficiente, por lo cual siento que es un punto súper importante a solventar

Lugar privilegiado, cerca de todo caminando, playas, parques, centro comercial. Desayuno rico y variado. El personal muy amable.
La ubicación es excelente, se puede llegar a casi todos lados caminando. El desayuno es muy bueno y la atención muy cordial
El rooftop también es muy entretenido y la atención excelente
El aire acondicionado tenia una mantención programada que se nos informo pero se extendió mucho mas de lo informado, tuvimos que pasar la noche con mucho calor y dormimos muy mal. Pero el personal se preocupo de compensarnos con atenciones especiales al día siguiente
The staff was wonderful! The breakfast was excellent with a big selection of made to order options. They even provided us with a lovely to go boxed breakfast when we had a 2;30 am departure! It was nice having a rooftop pool with a bar. The location was great also. The rooms were large with lovely bathrooms.

El desayuno "a la carta" es un plus, la ubicacion perfecta y muy segura. Pero por sobre todo el profesionalismo del personal es lo que mas destaco. Tienen una terraza bar con una vista hermosa, y siempre acompañada del servicio profesional de su personal.
