A little older hotel but a clean sweet place. Staff are wonderful and they include a good breakfast. Great location and walkable to everything.
Beautiful hotel in Central Siena. Able to walk to the main square. Charming side streets and good restaurant options. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Good location, helpful staff & small free car park a real bonus.
Great breakfast.
A wide variety of food and coffee.
The staff was very friendly map of the town is available. It’s a great location. Rooms were comfortable.
Beautiful place. Be mindful of stairs.
Great staff, easy parking but cost 15 Euros per day
Public areas are cool and well maintained. Bedroom was awful. No outlook. Dark and dingy. Mould in the bathroom which had a very dangerous shower over bath. Bed were small and uncomfortable. On the plus side good location for the attractions. Evening man on reception was very helpful. Others were not. Breakfast terrible. I’ve enough room but no fresh fruit chopped, awful juice from a machine and poor selection of cereals etc. Overall disappointing
Spent two nights here as part of our Rick Steves tour of Italy. Sienna was our favorite city and this hotel is a solid choice if you’re visiting the area. The rooms are large, clean and the beds comfortable, and the included morning breakfast is good. There’s a nice lobby and outside patio to enjoy. We were in room 4 with small balcony that was nice. My wife spotted what she thought was mold along both sides of the doors leading to the balcony which I reported to the front desk on checkout. Nice bathroom and room has safe, hot water maker and small fridge. In our room the WiFi was really bad so gave up on that but all in all very nice property. And staff were very friendly and helpful. Check out my photo.
Lovely hotel in a beautiful city. Very friendly reception staff and great breakfast.
It was a nice place. Rooms could be better and more spacious. But overall good experience.
A nice place with less comfortable bead.
Nice comfortable room. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.
On our last night there the gentleman in the foyer was amazing thankyou
Great hotel and lovely staff in a perfect location. Will book here again next time in Siena
Both staff and rooms were incredible. The hotel is located central to many walkable attractions. We were able to see most of downtown Sienna on foot without ever moving our car. We will definitely be back.
service was great, they helped us plan our time there and the city of Sienna was fantastic. The hotel is outside the main area but 1-2 minutes away in a great location
Very well maintained, renovated 19th century building. Close to all attractions, while still easily accessible by car, very close to the pedestrian zone of the old town. Parking is not free, but reasonable (15 Eur/day in the hotels garage). There is no elevator, so you will need to climb some stairs (on the plus side they are all marble stairs). The room was a good size (for 3 adults), tha bathroom is smaller but very clean and nice. It was quiet and air conditioning was working well. We had a good sleep, the blinds can be shut completely, good if you like to sleep longer. The two large mirrors made the room to feel even bigger. Overall, it is a better 3-star hotel. Only drawback for some may be the lack of elevator.
The hotel is as described, sometimes you think “ within easy reach of the city “ will be a bit of a walk , this was not .
A wonderful location for access to the city , the walk to the 1st street was five minutes at the most .
The hotel staff were wonderful , the breakfast very good . The bedrooms and bathroom perfect for a short stay.
When driving to the hotel take advice from the hotel however you can park right at the front door where they will help with luggage to your room .
Again i got lucky and was able to get a hotel car parking space , next door to hotel and super convenient.
I would not hesitate to use this hotel again. Top location for a visit to Siena .
The staff is wonderful, location is great. The negative experience is that there is no elevator (lift). Siena is beautiful and peaceful. Nice change to get away from a lot of going’s on in Rome.
Big rooms, good air conditioning, very clean.
Cons no elevator, poor breakfast
