Hot Tub was not operational.

In a quiet area vith beautiful view.

Beautiful setting. Really nice landscaping. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Excellent service.
Rooms need to be refreshed. Starting to show their age. Room smelled awful!! Body odour everywhere despite the room being fairly clean. Needs a deep cleaning of soft surfaces. Some kind of freshener would have been nice.

Second time here, will stay again.

My wife and I just spent two wonderful days/nights at the Worldmark in Canmore.

The room was large, clean, nicely furnished and smelled good! The property has an outdoor pool, hot tub, and underground heated parking. We cannot understand why anyone would give this property less than a 10/10 review.

We have stayed MANY hotels over the years and for the price, this was definitely one of the nicest/best values. We will absolutely come back again.

Ignore the ridiculous comments from those who have lowered the ratings of this property based on things like forest fires/air quality. Do you homework and you may find a great little gem in the majestic Rocky Mountains.

There was virtually NO hot water. You had to run the hot water for 20 to 30 minutes before you got any hot water. The furnace system was very noisy!

Should have free Wi-Fi in rooms. Other than that it was wonderful stay.

The property was nestled on a nice quiet street surrounded by trees and mountains. Extremely clean, and decorated for the season. Our one room suite was perfect for our family of 3. The outdoor pool and spa was lovely. There was also an indoor spa and sauna. There was also laundry facilities which is a nice convenience. We would definitely come back again!

staff are great, helpful and courteous

Excellent property in almost every way. Two complaints, however. 1) Wi-Fi is available in lobby only, unless a daily fee is paid. 2) There is no ice available anywhere on site until the frig in your room cranks it out. We thought both issues were nickel/dimey and ridiculous for such a nice facility.

Pool is very nice but would be small if it was peak season. It’s a bit out of the way of you want to walk around downtown easily. But overall it’s a great hotel especially if you’re staying for a while with the full kitchen

I like that you are close to town but actually in the mountains, Staff is friendly and helpful
My favorite place to stay at

Great location. Nice and quiet. Underground parkade was a bit tight and the hot tub could’ve been bigger as only one was open, but overall was a nice stay and the room was perfect. Also don’t like having to pay for wifi in USD.

I would recommend friends and family to stay here

We liked the indoor and outdoor hot tubs, the sauna. Also the rooms were well laid out, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks. We would like to come again.

The hotel leaves a bitter taster as it charges for wifi by the device in USD. Insulting to all Canadians.

It also closed off a section of stairs leading to the lower parking level because they are too lazy to shovel it. This is Canada, snow is normal 9 months a year.

The US management team should take sone time to understand the locals.

Never have had to pay for WiFi in any Canadian hotel/condo. This was disappointing. Also pool and hot tub were undergoing maintenance for a whole day. Also the sidewalk outside the pool doors was extremely icy and I witnessed a couple wipe out.

We absolutely loved this property. Only complaint the toilet is too low, other than that… we wanted quiet and peaceful 5 star! Thanks again!
